Welcome! Enjoy city living in our stylish, garden level one bedroom condo. Along with the one bedroom there is also a den and office area. It's an ideal space at 791 square feet. Big by Vancouver standards! Our condo has a townhouse like entrance/exit from the kitchen so walking to many destinations is quick and easy.

For your convenience, there is:

An in suite washer and dryer.

An updated kitchen that is very well equipped with everything that you need. All appliances are in excellent condition.

A large walk in closet in the bedroom that has plenty of storage for your suitcases/clothes. The queen size bed has a 4 inch memory foam topper. We have a 37' wall mount TV for your viewing pleasure. An iron and mini ironing board are provided.

An updated bathroom which has a separate soaker tub and shower. A hair dryer is supplied.

A 40 inch wall mount TV in the den.

Secure underground parking with two gates, and a secure bicycle storage area within the underground parking.

Cable and WiFi.

A grocery store is half a kilometer away!

Our Walk Score is 95 (walker's paradise), our Transit Score is 85 (excellent transit), and our Bike Score is 83 (very bikeable)!

The trendy area known as South Granville is at your doorstep. Walk in minutes to Granville Island and the Seawall. The 7th Avenue bike riding path through Vancouver is just outside the door. All sorts of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries are just around the corner (see The Stanley Theatre is a few minutes walk up the street. The area known as the Armoury district is a short walk of just a few blocks. Great shopping for the home can be found here along with lovely places to eat .

All modes of public transportation are very easily accessible. There are many places to rent a bike within blocks of the condo.

Vanier Park hosts Bard on the Beach each summer. This is a fifteen minute walk and also an excellent location to view the Celebration of Light fireworks, or to simply enjoy the kite flying and ocean breezes. Just beyond is famous Kits Beach with its tennis courts and outdoor pool.

Downtown is just across the bridge: walking or catching a water taxi is quick and easy. Transit to UBC is very close by. Vancouver General Hospital is a ten to fifteen minute walk. The area known as Cambie Village is a fifteen minute walk. There you will find Whole Foods and more great shopping and restaurants.

About Ana

We lived in Vancouver while attending university and had to move away for work. We still visit regularly, now with our two children, and hope to someday soon be able to move back permanently. We love being able to walk everywhere, especially along the seawall to watch the sunrise/sunset.

Why Ana chose West Side

It is a short walk to our favorite place to visit, Granville Island, where you can find a fresh food market, art galleries, restaurants, and one of a kind stores. Or you can just sit back and watch the street performers, the boats go by or the downtown Vancouver skyline.

What makes this condo unique

A very central location to enjoy Vancouver. A car isn't needed. False Creek, Granville island, Kits beach, grocery stores, cafes, shopping, two Canada Line stations, and bus stops are nearby.

This condo greatly exceeded our expectations having experienced Vancouver accommodation on three previous occasions. This particular ground floor unit is part of a gated complex which has a three road frontage. It also has a monitored alarm system which is an added bonus. Very close to Granville Street and walking distance to many boutique shops, also walking distance to Granville Island market place. No need for a car as a regular bus system down Granville Street takes you to Canada Place and Gastown in no time at all and for just $2.75CA. This one ticks all the boxes.

Soggy but satisfied in Vancouver

This place was perfect. It was convenient to walk to Granville Island and stores and shops. The condo was very comfortable well supplied secure and clean. The owner was the best communicator we have ever had in all of our rental experience and we have traveled the world. Because it rained every day we were there I really appreciated the underground parking and even underground guest parking for when our daughters came to visit. The seating area was spacious and comfortable we felt like home. The TV viewing area was also roomy and cozy. We would love to stay here again on our next visit and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for a great experience

Great location, very comfortable condo?

This spot was perfect for us. We used public transportation for the entire week, walked to Granville island several times and found the condo nicely appointed, clean, and convenient to all the sites on our 'must see' list. We would choose this location again for future trips to Vancouver.

Very well appointed, feels like home away from home. Ana is great to deal with, I love this place!

My sister and I enjoyed staying at this condo, not only is it well appointed but it is close to all amenities. A short drive from the airport. Daily walks to Granville Island and close-by coffee shops. Close to shopping on South Granville Street. Great location. Great condo. Ana is wonderful. This is now my 'go to' condo when I travel to Vancouver!

This was an excellent choice for a month-long stay.
