****NO ANIMALS allowed in house..."Call" 9313079839 if any questions.. Any animal found on site you will be asked to leave. Now about house three bedroom two bath with large kitchen, dining room and living room all open.. The kitchen has table and four chairs, The living room has a love seat and couch. Each two of the bedroom have king size beds the other has a queen lots of room for air mattresses.. The bathrooms both have showers one has a single sink the other has double sinks.. It has a deck on the back facing the lake full length of the house where you can sit and watch the sun go down with a grill.. Also has a private drive down to the steps that lead out to the boat dock which is about 600ft behind house.. There's a public boat ramp less then 3 miles only few minutes by water. Tour the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The more than 100 year old courthouse is the center of a busy little town filled with shops, antiques, country dining, store browsing and relaxation. If you are really hungry, Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House Restaurant has two seatings most days (closed on Sunday), but reservations are required. It's a place for true southern hospitality and home cooking served family style. Also Barrel House BBQ, Southern Perks,Whiskey Runners Restaurant.. Drive a few miles and you can be at the Tim's Ford State Park and Marina(Hard Dock Café), Bear Trace (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course), the Elk River for canoeing and trout fishing, the beautiful Tim's Ford Lake (Lost Creek boat ramp), George Dickel Distillery, Prichard's Distillery..

Zach’s Lake House
House was clean. Zach was friendly. Beds need comforters/quilts. We saw a doe and her fawn a few times. The boys enjoyed fishing and swimming.

The house was great, very clean. Perfect location. The back deck was awesome, a lot of time spent there. Check in was easy . Zack was great to work with and we look forward to staying again in the future .

Impromptu kid weekend
Great experience. Kids swam in the lake. Coffee on the back porch. Easy check in. No surprises. Great for an impromptu getaway with the kids. Glad it was available on short notice.

Perfect weekend getaway!
The house was immaculate, the view was breathtaking, convenience to town was great! Zack was a gracious host, was very informative about the town and things to do, and easy to get in touch with. He made the process smooth and easy! I would highly recommend this house.
