Located on a hill top, the property has a stunning view over Perugia, Assisi and overall Umbria's landscape.
In the property there are totally 6 apartments, which can be a great spot for family or friends reunion. Each apartment is self catered and fully equipped, with a private terrace which is perfect for dining outside or just enjoying a glass of wine. The property has also a great olive grove with equipped sitting areas which guests can enjoy for dining under olive trees.
There is also a big covered area, our Veranda - Porch, with pool table, ping-pong table, soccer table which is perfect for both children and adults to spend together some quality time in hotter hours or during rainy days.
Guest can also enjoy their time exploring the area as there are several tracking roads close to the property.
One of the best features of the place is that is centrally located, which perfect for short visit to the smaller villages and medioeval towns (Orvieto, Gubbio, Todi, Montepulciano Area, Chianti area, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno...), or choose to spend a day or two in bigger historical cities such as Rome, Florence, Siena, or had to the east or west coast for a swim.

Ruhiger, entspannter Urlaub in umbrischer Hügellandschaft
Wir haben in dieser Ferienunterkunft 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Appartement war sauber und nett eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Die zugehörige große Dachterrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die grünen Hügel der Umgebung. Der Pool war groß genug, hätte allerdings besser gepflegt sein können. Überall auf dem Grundstück stehen Olivenbäumen, in deren Schatten man herrlich auf der Liege oder in einer der Hängematten entspannen kann. Großer Pluspunkt ist der überdachte Bereich zwischen Haus und Poolanlage, wo man sehr gemütlich sitzen kann und auch mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kommt. Außerdem befinden sich dort eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Billardtisch und ein Fußballkicker. Hier ist das Wifi-Signal sehr gut, was in der Wohnung nicht der Fall war. Morgens wurden frische Brötchen vom Bäcker geliefert. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Great house at a beautiful location
We had a great time here. Tanya is a great host who gives a lot of useful information. The house, the outdoor area and the pool are clean and well kept. Within an hour drive there are so many things to see. We already booked our stay for next year.

Vielen Dank für 10 wunderbare Tage in Umbrien. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!! Das Haus und die ganze Anlage mit Pool und überdachter Terrasse, mit Tischtennis und Billard - alles super gepflegt und sauber! die Begleitung durch die Vermieter immer kompetent !! Danke!!

Hi everybody! That is me and my partner Francesco some years ago (we're a bit older now - Francesco’s beard is almost white :) but still love to travel and to welcome travelers to our property; love to show them around and give them the right hints about where to go and which hidden spots they should visit.

Why they chose this property

The property was first a farmhouse which was later abbandoned and used by local hunters as the house had a super postion locataed in the middle of the woods where from they could have under control the wild animals’ movements.
The place is just away from it all but still very close to smaller villages and medioeval towns, as well as bigger citys such as Rome, FLorence, Siena, etc.

What makes this property unique

Property best features, as our guests say, would be the the silence, throughout all day, but specially night and mornings; the peaceful position, just close to the woods and olive grooves, where you can go for a walk. The swimming pool and garden are perfect for a day rest, the porch is just perfect for quality time spending with your family, enjoy a pizza made by us specially for our guests in our wood oven.
