This is a good-sized house with a large yard. Jane always responded in a timely manner when we contacted her. In general, the property needs some TLC to correct things like broken outside lights and worn-out rugs on the inside. An inside paint job would "freshen up" the inside of the home.

Family vacation
Jane was very responsive with any questions. or concerns. The AC really struggled during our stay. It did feel 100 degrees outside. Jane immediately sent a technician out to try to fix it. He did all he could. I think a new AC unit may be in the near future. That was out of Jane’s control. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard.

Great location
Jane was very accommodating. We were moving to FL. and had to bring our pets with us. She allowed us to have them at the property. They loved the big back yard! The check in was super easy. Plenty of room in the house for my self, husband, two kids and our pets. Any time I had a question or concern I would msg her and she would promptly respond. I would definitely recommend to Amy friends or family coming to Vero beach.
