The apartments for rent in Cape Garden residence is nestled in a tropical garden with a public space designed for relaxation and idleness. the residence is located halfway between the village of miserable sinner course and large bay, the resort with its shops and restaurants.
A pool of 333m2, consisting of two basins connected by a stream and crossed by a wooden bridge, contributes to the charm of the property.

la piscine était à 200 mètres de l 'appartement trop loin.
pas d' eau chaude pendant 3 jours, wifi en panne 4 jours trop chaud dans l' appartement pas d' isolation, heureusement que nous avions Ricardo le gardien qui nous à bien dépannés de tout ces soucis encore merci à lui.

joli complexe
le mois d'août ne permet pas d'apprécier la piscine non chauffée et donc froide à cette époque de l'année puisque c'est l'hiver à Maurice Le jour de notre arrivée nous sommes tombé sur un gardien incompétent et désagréable cela nous a valu plusieurs coups de tel vers la France pour débloquer la situation. Appartement conforme aux photos

Résidence tres bien entretenue et bien sécurisée de jour comme de nuit avec des gardiens très sympat
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable , appartement tres propre avec tout le nécessaire idéalement placé pour tous les déplacements et sans oublier OUMA la femme de ménage très gentille et prête à vous rendre le moindre service À recommander très largement Propriétaire tres a l'écoute pour le moindre soucis

Une résidence agréable et bine placée!
Nous étions 4 personnes dont 1 couple, nous avons donc loué un penthouse et un studio afin que chacun ait sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Le studio est petit mais bien équipé. Le penthouse est très agréable avec son salon/salle à manger/balcon ouvert sur l'extérieur. Les appartements sont bine équipés et très propres. La résidence est très calme et bien surveillée, on s'y sent en sécurité. Face à la résidence se trouve la plage et à une centaine de mètre, on trouve l'arrêt de bus qui en moins de 10 minutes nous emmène à Grand baie pour 0.50€! La résidence cap garden est un bon point de départ pour les visites touristiques mais aussi un lieu de détente... Haaa que les petits apéros du soir sur la terrasse avec le bruit des oiseaux sauvages étaient agréables... Sans hésitation, je recommande cette résidence !!!

Bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, au calme
Bel appartement spacieux (nous étions 4 dans un penthouse) avec 2 salles de bain, cuisine aménagée et entièrement équipée, dans une très jolie résidence au calme, avec une agréable piscine à 2 pas de la magnifique plage de Bain Boeuf. Un moyen de transport peut être utile (vélo, 2 roues ou voiture), surtout pour sortir le soir, les bus arrêtant leur service vers 19h30. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, et merci à Wendy et Tony pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils. François et Sylvie
