This detached house "Capriolo" is nestled in the hills of the Marche region, in Urbino (Unesco Heritage). The "Deer" is a dependence of the Country House Biroccio and is located opposite the main house.
The 28 hectare property is located in a provincial territorial park, in a relaxing setting among hills and fields as far as the eye can see.

If you seek peace, relaxation and contact with nature this place is for you! From here you can visit many places of cultural and scenic interest: Urbino, Urbania, Mondavio, Corinaldo, Sassocorvaro, San Leo, Gradara, Furlo Gorge, to name a few.

The annex "deer", is 35 square meters. It can accommodate 2 persons, and consists of: master bedroom with bathroom, living area with kitchenette + private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded and panoramic.

In the apartment: Shower, TV, hairdryer and courtesy set, independent heating.
It does not need air conditioning because the apartment is very fresh.

Upon arrival you will find the apartment clean with bedding and towels (weekly change of linen).
final cleaning € 40 (one in the other season).

At guests' disposal: panoramic swimming pool and barbecue.

The annex "deer" has a private outdoor area and even around the garden around the house is available to guests.
We organize dinners with a minimum of 8/10 participants, the menu is the same for everyone, we eat under the gazebo, all together, including the owners. Reservation is mandatory.
