The Anse Des Rochers area has gardens, a huge swimming pool and a private beach.

In the town of Saint-François (seaside resort), it is located in an exceptional tropical park, monitored and secure.
It is near Sainte-Anne (10mn), Gosier (15mn) and the village of Saint-François (5mn).

The accommodation is located by the sea in the area of the villas. It is well ventilated, with a beautiful loggia overlooking the entrance to the beach.
The comfort is optimal and the decoration is neat.
The equipment is complete. Free Wifi on the site.

The site has surveillance by watch and an electric gate.

Studio 951 is located between the beach and the swimming pool which are respectively at 150m.
Your car park is ideally located just in front of the apartment.

The town of Saint-François located in the north of the island, presents a savannah type vegetation, beautiful white sand beaches, a marina with many restaurants and shops, a fishing port, a beautiful church, a casino, a magnificent golf course, an airfield and all the usual shops, administrations and pharmacy.

l'appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscine et plage privée.il correspond tres bien à la description.Le loueur est trés sympatique. Nous avons visité plusieurs choses à la guadeloupe c'etait super. les plages de sable blanc et les autres. Le lagon est magnifique.

Sehr schönes apartment
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr einfach und jederzeit möglich. Das Apartment ist großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique situation très sécurisé. On s'y sent bien.
Vraiment bien situé. A 2 pas de la mer et de la piscine. Restaurant Ti Coco à proximité ou ils vendent le pain. Très sympa et accueillant. Endroit calme et reposant.

Le condo est très propre. Tout était à l'ordre. L'emplacement du condo entre la piscine d'un côté et la plage de l'autre, c"était parfait. La piscine est de toute beauté et toujours propre et la plage à proximité. Le seul hic c'est le wi-fi. Aujourd'hui internet fait partie de notre quotidien. Bien que nous y avions accès à la salle commune, nous aurions aimé l'avoir dans notre appart. Je recommande cet appart à tout le monde y inclus une petite famille avec 2 enfants...Par contre n'oubliez pas de louer une voiture c'est un must... Robert et Diane du Canada
