PLEASE NOTE as of April 2017 the new luxury hotel they are constructing behind this home is getting closer to completion but will be worked on for several more months. Please note that, especially late sleepers or those who want to stay home during the day may be bothered by the construction truck noises. They are permitted to start as early as 7am per commercial district ordinances. We apologize for this inconvenience. We do provide white noise (noise cancelation) machines to lessen the construction sounds.

Equipped kitchen. One full bathroom with convenient hallway entrance, so no awkward walking through the bedrooms to reach bathroom. Private laundry. One off-street parking spot dedicated to this rental makes this an ideal place to spend some time exploring, with your home base at the center of the Landmark Historic District!
