Four bedroom, 2 bath cape-style colonial vacation land rental. Great for families. Bonus loft and second- story deck overlooking Gem Beach marina. Private beach access to Gem Beach - one of Lake Erie's most pristine and sandy beaches . Home includes central air, wi-fi, and cable. Sleeps 10. Full kitchen including full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and pots & pans. Includes washer and Dryer. Front patio with gas grill and fire pit. Close to restaurants and many activities. Close to Put-in-Bay ferry.

Property is a short walk to the lake (maybe five minutes) beach was clean and had nice sand and shallow waters for younger kids We had 8 adults and two kids under 2 and we felt there was a good amount of space to spread out and do our own things in the house. Very close to lots of restaurants and family activities Plenty on sleeping room for everyone We cooked in the kitchen daily several times a day and had everything we needed to make meals dish/pots and pans wise. Property owner was great to work with and prompt answer our questions and provided a lot of information about the area for us Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend
