Gorgeous fully detached villa, situated on a hill and close to Marina di Campo. It has a large enclosed garden, located in a panoramic position. On the ground floor it has a kitchen with oven and dishwasher, lounge with dining area, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor (opened attic) there is a double sofa bed. Guests have access to large terrace with table and chairs, from which you can admire a magnificent view with a small glimpse of the sea. With barbecue, parking, TV, washing machine. The villa is ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday. The center and the sandy beach are still just a few minutes drive.

Sehr schönes Haus und Anwesen
Eins der besten - wenn nicht das beste - Haus in über 30 Jahren. Toll!! Geräumig, gepflegt *, gute Matratzen, sehr schöner Blick von der Terrasse in die Bucht von Marina de Campo, gute Ausstattung **, u.a. brauchbare Pfannen und scharfe Messer !! (bisher noch nie woanders vorgefunden). Trotzdem ein paar Empfehlungen an den Vermieter: *bei einem Endreinigungspreis von 170€ sollten auch die Entfernung von Spinnweben unter Stühlen, die Reinigung von Lüftungsschlitzen in den Türen und die Entkalkung der Toiletten (verursacht durch dauerlaufendes Spülwasser) möglich sein ** ein paar Empfehlungen zur Ausstattung: sehr wünschenswert wären (zusätzlich zu den angekündigten Ausstattungen) - ein Wasserkocher/eine Kaffeemaschine -- bei einem Haus für 8 Personen gibt es nur einen Espressokocher für ca. 2 kleine Tassen - ein Toaster - Weingläser !!! Elba ist u.a. auch eine Weininsel! (es gibt nur ein paar Proseccogläser) - WLAN - bei einem Haus diese Qualität könnte man hoffen, dass auch Elba langsam im 21. Jahrhundert ankommt - FLIEGEN-/MÜCKENgitter, zumindest vor den Schlafzimmern. Diesen 'Luxus' habe wir bisher erst in einem einzigen Ferienhaus in 30 Jahren vorgefunden -- und Elba ist leider - außer am Strand - auch eine Mückeninsel
