Spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the pool and porch with outdoor furniture, open kitchen very well equipped with Catalan return.3 rooms, one of it suite with shower, 1 bed x 1.80 + 2 beds x 1,60, bathroom with shower.Great outdoor space with pool, garden, terrace with furniture and barbecue, ideal to enjoy good moments outdoors with the family.Private garage, parking on the same plot, Wifi and air conditioning in each room (splits).Located in the area of the yacht club, just 2.5 km from the beach of Amphora where you can enjoy water sports and nature,  1km from the town center.Pets are welcome. Groups under 25 are not accepted

Mooie vakantiewoning
Een mooie vakantiewoning voorzien van alle gemakken. Centraal gelegen, slechts 10 minuten van het strand en lopend naar de dorpskern van Sant Pere Pescador.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Die Abwicklung über die Agentur war teilweise etwas schwierig,aber am Ende hat alles geklappt.Das Haus ist wunderschön, hat eine tolle Einrichtung und eine wundervolle Gartenanlage mit Pool.Der Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde,mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten da. Alles war sehr sauber.Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen
