Traumhafte Lage
Wir hatten noch nie eine solch traumhaft schöne Location mit soviel Platz auf 3 großen Terrassen nur für uns mit 3 verschiedenen Aussichten auf das Meer.Tatsächlich himmlische Lage und Ruhe. Anmietung eines Scooters ist empfehlenswert wegen der tollen Lage oberhalb der guiardini di Morella. Die Küchenausstattung hat noch etwas Luft nach oben, was unserer Begeisterung aber keinen Abbruch tat.

Inserat und Wirklichkeit
Als wir ankamen würden wir von eine jungen Frau empfangen. Diese half uns einen problematischen Parkplatz an einer Hecke zu bekommen und war behilflich beim Gepäck Transport über viele Stufen. Dann würden 80 Euro fällig für Kurtaxe. Falls wir Hilfe nötig hätten sollten wir sie per Handy kontaktieren, allerdings gab es in und um die Unterkunft überhaupt kein Netz. So konnten wir weder die Vermieterin, noch die junge Dame erreichen. Als wir die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ansahen viel uns auf, dass die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht mit den Bildern welche sie benutzte um Interessenten zu finden übereinstimmten. Die Wohnung war mehr ein Museum mit alten Möbeln , die wohl ihren Wert in früheren Jahren gehabt haben. Aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet sind. Ein Gästezimmer das für eine weitere Person als Schlafraum angeboten wird und berechnet wurde, war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Lediglich eine Liege die auch als Sofa diente war vorhanden. Dann keinerlei Info wo man Essen gehen, oder Einkäufe erledigen konnte, lediglich eine einzige Toilettenpapierrolle war vorhanden. Kein Telefon , und die Gartenmöbel in einem sehr unsvhönen Zustand, zerbrochene Fliesen vom Tisch lagen auf der Platte, angeblich gibt es keine Ersatz Steine . Der Weg zu der Terrasse welche die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer hat ist von ungepflegten Pflanzen und Wurzeln überwuchert und nur mit großer Vorsichtig zu begehen ohne sich Verletzungen zuzuziehen. Wir haben nicht dort gewohnt.

Esperienza non esaustiva nel complesso
Un benvenuto cordiale e tanta disponibilità della proprietaria che purtroppo non ha appagato e soddisfatto i nostri gusti. La casa dichiarata ristrutturata con una imbiancata qua e la...il balcone belvedere oltre che troppo distante e poco pratico era trascurato con sedute rovinate e sporche...nulla da dire con il panorama. Ci perdiamo le chiavi e per avere una copia per poter rientrare in casa, abbiamo dovuto elargire 30€ per un chissà chi, prendesse il taxi per raggiungere il porto da napoli e le consegnasse ad un marinaio della caremar per farcele avere...perché?! Perche la proprietaria non era ad ischia e non aveva previsto che ci sono casi in cui può succedere. Non ho spiegato che casa è provvista solo di asciugamani, carta igenica e stigliatura....appena presente sapone piatti...neanche un tovagliolo...e per passare una settimana uno deve fare la spesa di tutto...cioè per 75 euro a notte si prende un albergo decente. Cmq poi alla fine, dopo aver salutato e passato la giornata in giro dalle 11 del mattino, la sig.ra Paola ci scrive che dovevamo pagare ulteriori 16€ perché non compresi da vrbo di tassa di soggiorno. Una persona con 3 case ed una madre con camerieri che dopo il lauto prezzo richiesto per alloggio, fa un pianto da povertà chiedendo 16€. Bloccata ed esperienza che non voglio ripetere. In fine è scomodo raggiungere in auto per mancanza di posti auto e in scooter, se in affitto, bisogna sborsare 45€ euro al di per un 300. Cilindrata minima per affrontare le salite volte a raggiungere l'abitazione.
