The property is located just off the main Margoa Clova high way. Tranquil location, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty parlours, dentists, health spas, ayurvedic medical centres are just a short walk away. The main beach is 1.8 kms. away.
The apartment is well maintained, we clean and change bed Lenin and towels two weeks. Everything is provided for and any special requests can be accommodated.
Power backup is provided in case of power outage.
• Living area is spacious and comfortable. There an LED TV, DVD Player and Satellite connection with most major channels such as BBC, CNBC and sports channels, major live events are available. Coffee table and a sofa bed are also provided. The living room opens in to a large balcony overlooking the complex.
• There are 2 bathrooms. One is attached to the room having twin beds and other is centrally located. Both bathrooms are full with shower, WC and hot water, the shower area has glass partitions.
• Kitchen is fully equipped, has cabinets, fridge/freezer, Automatic washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking pans and the entire cutlery required for 4 people.
• Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, 2 bed tables, bed lamps. Door opens to front balcony overlooking complex.
• Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
• Balconies with chairs.
The swimming pool and the gymnasium are maintained daily and are very clean. The apartment has

The complex
The complex sits in quiet and beautifully maintained gardens. The gate is manned 24 x 7 by security guards, ensuring the complex facilities are used by the apartment occupants only. Reserved car park is provided.

Loved everything about the property. The layout was the most functional & centrally located.
It was the best serviced apartment we have rented on holiday to date. A lot of thought was put into what one requires to live in a place & we did not have to contact the owner once. It was centrally located to all the main points of interest such as the beach, restaurants, shopping & entertainment. The owners were most considerate stocking up supplies for us so we did not have to go out & shop immediately particularly as We arrived late at night. All amenities such as stoves, fridge, washing machine, beds, furniture, tv etc were of good quality making life so much more enjoyable. We will definitely stay in the same apartment or similar when we return.

Superb hosts and a lovely large clean apartment
Stayed one week here.left today for crazy Calangute! Nothing was too much trouble for owners Alex and Maria.Lovely clean apartment at reasonable price. No trouble collecting us from airport and arranging transport for us to Calangute today after a one week stay in Colva with its beautiful quiet beaches. Highly recommended accommodation.

Wonderfull stay
I'll start with the owner Alex..... what a kind person, if you need anything Alex is only a phone call away and responds quickly. The Property.....When we arrived we found the aparment well equipped with everything we even had a nice welcome pack of eggs milk bread butter and two bottles of beer and lovely basket of fresh fruit. The distance to beach was nice walk or bus ride of only 8 rupees, I would recomend this apartment and I give it a score of 10 out of 10.

Very clean very quiet
A very nice apartment with a very helpful landlord who was really the best landlord I have ever had after spending most uk winters in Goa. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. The added bonus was the landlord being so nice and helpful while we was there. Recommend this landlord and apartment to everyone.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are two split unit air conditioners one in the hall/sitting and the other in the main bedroom(No air conditioner in the other bedroom). LCD TV has cable connection providing many leading channels with major live sports , news, entertainment plus channels in French, Russian, Spanish Swimming pool and the gymnasium are accessible 24X7.

Balcony overlooks the main entrance of the complex which is manned 24X7 by a security guard. The common areas of the complex has CCTV.
The apartment is perfectly located with several restaurants, supermarket, grocery stores, beauty salons, ayurvedic massages treatments, massage parlor etc in close proximity. The main Colva beach is just 1.8kms away.
