Luxury 2BK Apartment COLVA Beach South GOA

The property is located just off the main Margoa Clova high way. Tranquil location, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty parlours, dentists, health spas, ayurvedic medical centres are just a short walk away. The main beach is 1.8 kms. away.
The apartment is well maintained, we clean and change bed Lenin and towels every two weeks. Everything is provided for and any special requests can be accommodated.
Power backup is provided in case of power outage.
• Living area is spacious and comfortable. There an LED TV, DVD Player and Satellite connection with most major channels such as BBC, CNBC and sports channels, major live events are available. Coffee table and a sofa bed are also provided. The living room opens in to a large balcony overlooking the complex.
• There are 2 bathrooms. One is attached to the room having twin beds and other is centrally located. Both bathrooms are full with shower, WC and hot water, the shower area has glass partitions.
• Kitchen is fully equipped, has cabinets, fridge/freezer, Automatic washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking pans and the entire cutlery required for 4 people.
• Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, 2 bed tables, bed lamps. Door opens to front balcony overlooking complex.
• Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
• Balconies with chairs.
The swimming pool and the gymnasium are maintained daily and are very clean. The apartment has

The complex
The complex sits in quiet and beautifully maintained gardens. The gate is manned 24 x 7 by security guards, ensuring the complex facilities are used by the apartment occupants only. Reserved car park is provided.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was well presented and all the facilities and amenities we needed to enjoy our self catering months holiday in Goa were there. The hosts Alex and Maria were friendly, approachable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a short or long stay trip to South Goa

fantastic place
Alex and Maria were amazing hosts ,always there to help if needed they also supplied us with everything we needed to begin our 3 week vacation including a fresh bowl of fruit . Great Location with Security Lots of local shops and places to eat nearby Gardens are well kept and stunning , we used the pool often very peaceful and relaxing Apartment is absolutly stunning , very clean and spacious Beds are very comfortable . Thanks both for your hospitality and help We had an amazing time .

Had a lovley stay the apartment was more than we expected .spotlessly clean with large rooms and two lovley balconies to sit and watch the evening sunrise the gardens were lovley as also the pool area.the sky TV was excellent with a lot of English films and sport channels.aleixo and Maria who own the apartment were suburb hosts nothing was to much for them they make you feel very welcome.aleixo even picked us up from the airport great holiday in an amazing apartment

What makes this property unique

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are two split unit air conditioners one in the hall/sitting and the other in the main bedroom(No air conditioner in the other bedroom). LCD TV has cable connection providing many leading channels with major live sports , news, entertainment plus channels in French, Russian, Spanish Swimming pool and the gymnasium are accessible 24X7.

Balcony overlooks the main entrance of the complex which is manned 24X7 by a security guard. The common areas of the complex has CCTV.
The apartment is perfectly located with several restaurants, supermarket, grocery stores, beauty salons, ayurvedic massages treatments, massage parlor etc in close proximity. The main Colva beach is just 1.8kms away.
