Multi-Level Fully Furnished Waterfront 2584 Sq Ft Home, Large Screened Porch

Beautiful two level waterfront rock home surrounded by large trees in a secluded, safe area with less than 20 homes. Main level has new wood-look tile flooring & freshly painted ceilings & walls throughout. A living room overlooking the screened porch and view of lake, DirecTV, DVD Blu Ray player, & leather sectional with foot stool and the new large area rug adds a splash of color. The alcove with two antique chairs perfect for reading, visiting or using your phone as it's by the cell phone booster. A large fully furnished kitchen & dining table w/leaf to extend that seats 6-10. A breathtaking floor to ceiling wall of windows. Big, open design for easy entertaining. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. 2 large bedrooms on main level with King beds, dressers and a large walk-in closet between. There is a door in one bedroom & the living room leading out to a huge screened porch overlooking the glistening water with table/chairs and lounge chairs. Enjoy drinks, games, reading, nature, the views, and visiting without the pesky bugs. It's one of our favorite places to hang out. Downstairs there's a door out to fire pit and paved path leading to dock, driveway above & back porch. Also, another living room area with couches, coffee table, pub glass table with chairs and a bar. Down the hallway is a laundry room, small newly remodeled (2016) bathroom & a queen bedroom with closet. Just off the living area is a large bunk room which has 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and a bunk bed with full and twin beds and a small dresser. New LED lighting installed throughout. There's a door from bunk room leading out to porch where the gas grill, charcoal grill, and table/chairs are located looking out across the water. Carport and circle drive make it convenient to unload and load vehicles. The driveway is steep and carport is tall enough for regular trucks, but no lifted vehicles. Additional parking across the road. Located in one of the best fishing coves. Only 20 minutes South of I 40 on Hwy 69 S and Texanna Rd. makes it quick and easy to get to.

Our property is located a short drive south of I 40 on highway 69 and east on Texanna Rd. in Beaver Lodge cove which is a safe, secluded area with less than 20 homes. There is a short distance of dirt/rock road leading to the home. We have owned this house for over 2 years, purchased from the original owners. It is fully furnished and can sleep 15 people comfortably. The main floor has 2 large bedrooms with King beds and a walk-in closet between; full bathroom with new paint; kitchen/dining and living room with large rock fireplace. One of the bedrooms and the living room have doors leading out to the large screened porch to enjoy the wildlife and views without the annoying bugs biting. It's one of our favorite places to enjoy the view, visiting, playing games, drinks and reading. Kitchen has all supplies - glasses, plates, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, Kuerig and regular coffee maker (please bring your own coffee), and a knife set. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, convectional microwave, glass top stove/oven. The floor to ceiling wall of windows is breathtaking. The entire upstairs has new wood-look tile floors throughout and freshly painted ceilings and walls. Central heat and air. DirecTV is on the upstairs TV. The wall of windows provide great views as you walk downstairs where you'll find a second living room area with a large bar. Down the hall way is a laundry room, small newly remodeled (2016) bathroom and a queen bedroom. There is a large bunk room that contains 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and a bunk bed with full & twin beds and a small dresser. This room has a door going out to the back porch where the gas grill, charcoal grill, table/chairs, and fire pit are located. Boat dock is shared by neighbors, please be courteous & keep it clean. Area to left of dock is good for fishing with sunken brush piles, trees and lots of Cypress knees (roots). Area to right of dock is better for swimming because it has sand and NO Cypress knees. Get minnows at the local gas station or bait shop on Texanna Road. The boat ramp in the neighborhood is for homeowners only, it's narrow and shallow any way. We usually launch at Indian Springs, Belle Star or Dutchess Landing near by. Take advantage of what Lake Eufaula has to offer by catching fish off the dock, shore, or from your own boat, enjoying the beautiful sand beaches & water sports, and hiking the many surrounding acres. Being located on the cleanest part of the lake in one of the very best fishing coves makes this a highly sought after area. Gas stations, flee market shopping, restaurants, bait/tackle shop, ice and groceries are a quick 10 minute drive west on Texanna Rd. Eufuala (69 S) is a 20 minute drive where you'll find fast food (Braum's), restaurants, groceries, bank/ATM, liquor store, antiques and boutique shops, and Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park which offers miniature golf, pool, paddle boats and boards, sandy beach, water slide and inflatable's on the water. Checotah (69 N) is a short 25 minute drive where you'll find a Walmart, McDonald's with WiFi, shopping, terrific restaurants, churches, and bowling. The many local attractions are sure to suit all ages and interests. Two nearby golf courses will test your skills, try your luck by visiting the nearby casino's. Bring your ATV's and explore the off road sand dune area located at the dam! Another option for outdoor activities would be a day trip to Robber's Cave.

It is open, no doors and has a walk way into the large bunk room. Bunk room has 1 queen, 2 full, and 1 bunk bed with full & twin all in one large room together. It's like camping but you have comfortable beds & heat and A/C. :) Please see pictures.
