House at the end of the 19th century in the heart of Créhen, a charming typically Breton village between the sea (the English Channel) and the Breton countryside.
A few kilometers from the beaches: Saint-Jacut-de-la-mer at 10mn, Saint Cast at 15mn, Notre Dame du Guildo (7mn), Lancieux (15mn), Dinard (25mn), Saint Malo (35mn) ... l 'lots of choice !

All amenities on site, in Créhen: pharmacy, medical office, care office, post office, bar-tabac-presse, bakery, town hall.
In Plancoët, 10 minutes by car, Hyper U (remarkable stall "exceptional fish and seafood")

Ground floor: Hallway - 1 living room with kitchen area, dining area and relaxation area (TV).
1st floor: 4 bedrooms
"Green" room: 1 bed 140, convertible into 2 beds of 70cm + sink. Courtyard view. Great clarity.
"Blue" room: 1 80cm bed. 1 desk, 1 storage chest, 1 clothes rack. Courtyard view. Great clarity.
"Red" room: 2 "pull-out" beds of 80cm. 1 office. Extended view. Beautiful light.
"Rose" bedroom: 1 80 cm bed. Bathroom sink. Small "office" corner.
Mid-floor: Shower room. Small bathtub. Toilet. Bathroom sink. Washing machine / Iron.
Parking space: 1 or 2 on the church square, in front of the house.

Windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking and catamaran enthusiasts will find their happiness in the nautical clubs of Saint Cast or Saint Jacut, which offer courses and formulas supervised by experienced professionals for a safe practice.
Many mountain biking circuits are also available on the entire coast to enjoy the calm and green softness between sea and countryside.
On the way, you will discover the peninsula of Saint Jacut then the Ile des Hébiens.
A few kilometers from Créhen, you will be able to discover the Middle Age Brittany of Dinan. You will stroll during the festival of the ramparts in the midst of fire eaters, troubadours, ironworkers, cordeliers ... and attend amazed at horse jousts.
Your steps will also lead you to the seaside town with English access to Dinard. You will drink a tea there after enjoying a walk along the beach bordered by beautiful and vast mansions. Then it will be time to try your luck at the Casino.
Finally, you will not be able to miss the superb walk on the ramparts of Saint Malo.
And you will also succumb to the charm of Mont Saint Michel, 'Merveille de l'Occident', which stands in the heart of an immense bay invaded by the highest tides in Europe just 1h30 from Créhen.

arnaque ! Photos mensongères sur le jardin et la salle de bain
Maison pas adaptée à 6 personnes, jardin réduit à 40 m2 , salle de bain très vétuste et inaccessible pour les personnes âgées, baignoire sous pente où l’on ne peut se tenir debout, lunettes WC cassée. Chambres petites sans possibilité de rangement des vêtements, électricité pas aux normes, lampe rafistolée laissant un domino électrique à nu. Pas de linge de lit, ni de serviette de toilette pour une prestation à presque 900€ la semaine ! Pas de Wifi. Maison sombre sentant le moisi. Nous sommes très mécontents et avons écourté notre séjour car la maison n’était pas adaptée! Avons transmis notre mécontentement à la personne de ménage mais aucune réaction de la propriétaire !! Souhaiterions avoir un dédommagement !

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille entre campagne et mer. Seule la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement.

Maison de charme bien située, pouvant aisément accueillir une famille de 5 voire 6 personnes. Un coup de frais serait néanmoins le bienvenu, surtout dans la salle de bain.

Nous avons passé une quinzaine bien agréable dans cette charmante petite maison dans laquelle on se sent "comme à la maison" ! L'accueil était vraiment parfait ! De bien belles vacances !!

A la découverte de la Bretagne
Pour un premier séjour en Bretagne, nous avons été ravis. La maison est très agréable, proche de tous les lieux de la Côte d'Emeraude à visiter : Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo, Fort de La Latte, St Briac (à voir absolument). Malgré sa situation au centre du village, l'ambiance est calme et reposante. La déco intérieure et sympa. Nous reviendrons certainement pour un séjour "plus ensoleillée. Gérard et Solange (Lyon)
