at level 0 three rooms for two people per room, fully equipped kitchen utensils, shower, washbasin, a separate toilet.
on the ground floor with a double bedroom without a separating door for 4 people with two double beds, with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet, lounge.
Rental conditions:
Room for 2 people, 50 € the room
Base price for 4 people 100 € and 25 € more per additional person
the beds are made before your arrival, and the towels on request booking time
Cutlery, glasses, plates and more are available
Final cleaning fee: 70 €
No party in the house
Deposit of: 500 € minimum by check or cash before handing over the keys and return at the end of the stay if no damage.

Une impression mitigée...
Rien à redire sur les chambres : couchages très corrects et pièces propres. Par contre, on note une certaine vétusté et un manque d'entretien de la maison : la plupart des poignées sur les portes sont cassées (aucune ne fermait et pour la salle de bain c'est très gênant), impossibilité d'ouvrir ou fermer la fenêtre de la cuisine et du salon, carreau d'une porte d'intérieur cassé. Il manquait 2 chaises et la table haute pour bébé notées dans l'annonce. Du coup, nous sommes un peu déçus par cette première expérience avec Abritel.

Maison parfaite pour des retrouvailles entre amis
Maison tout confort, très bonne literie et très propre. Propriétaire accueillant. Mobilier et équipement en parfait état. Bien conforme aux photos. Environnement idéal pour laisser les enfants jouer dehors sans déranger le voisinage

Maison agréable au calme
Cette maison, conforme à la description, est très agréable. Nous étions une dizaine et nous avons tous appréciés cette maison moderne, bien entretenue, bien aménagée, située dans un quartier calme. Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons pu profiter des commerces (boulangerie, supermarché...) qui se trouvent à 2 minutes de la maison. Le propriétaire est accueillant, sympathique, n'ayant pas de réservation juste après notre séjour, il nous a permis de partir plus tard (encore merci Joseph !). Nous y sommes allés début décembre et nous comptons bien revenir en été afin de profiter un peu plus de l'extérieur et du barbecue bien-sûr :-). Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Propriétaire très réactif RAS sur la maison si ce n'est que juste une salle de WC est un peu juste pour le nombre de personnes que la maison peut accueillir.
