Christmas in Tulum

  • 5 of 5

Wow the place was amazing. The best snorkeling ever right out our door and we definitely took advantage of that. Had enough room for our 6 children and their spouses. Jerry (I hope that is right that is what we called him)😊 was fabulous and his family. The best cook ever. Thank you so much for the amazing adventure for our family. We will not ever forget it. Have told everyone about it.

Fantastic Vacation Home

  • 5 of 5

This place was amazing. The home is very well appointed with everything that we needed for our week stay. The property is conveniently located in Soliman Bay, a very family friendly place. The bay is beautiful with plenty of fish and birds - and very friendly dogs - to keep you company. Jerry, the caretaker is helpful and is a chef. We had three wonderful meals cooked by him. Its a quick ride into Tulum town and a large grocery store is within 15 minutes of the home. We Cenote hopped every day and spent afternoons lounging at the home on the beach chairs or sitting under the large cabana. A truly magical, memorable vacation.

Perfect location on Soliman Bay!

  • 5 of 5

We spent nine wonderful, relaxing days at Casa Yamulkan. Favorite things from top to bottom - the rooftop views were amazing (perfect for catching the sunrise or the stars), the patio (perfect for breakfast, cervezas after snorkeling and just chilling) and, of course, the bay itself! The house is situated in a perfect spot on the bay. All you have to do is walk out the back door and get in the water. The snorkeling was great, lots of beautiful fish and even some rays. And none of the sargassum that was piling up on the south end of the bay. Jerry and Gisella kept the house clean and comfortable. Sparky came to visit a few times before he assumed his other identity and went to the tienda. ;) We miss it already and want to come back soon!

Spectacular!

  • 5 of 5

We were at Casa Yamulkan over spring break in March 2017. All photos and descriptions are accurate. This place is spectacular. I haven't had such a relaxing vacation in years. The house was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issues through the 10 visit. We went out snorkeling right from the beach almost every day, sometimes multiple times. Coral is struggling in spots, but it was still fun to explore. We saw several rays and turtles during the week. Or the same ones over and over :) A close drive to many tourist spots. Jerry is an amazing cook! Don't pass up his meals! Jerry and staff keep everything clean and tidy. We are already planning our return!! Solomon Bay and Case Yamulkan are truly hidden gems! I wouldn't think twice to recommend this to anyone, unless they were looking to go the week I wanted to go!!!
