This beautiful recent-construction craftsman cottage is located on a quiet street just a short stroll to downtown St. Helena, where you will enjoy the many restaurants, wine tasting experiences and shopping in the heart of Napa Valley. A chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone counters and large island make cooking a pleasure. The cottage features a timeless tongue-in-groove box beamed ceiling in the main living area, and bi-fold doors opening onto an expansive covered deck for true indoor and outdoor living. Outdoor ceiling fans and heaters make it possible to enjoy the outdoor spaces year round. One bedrooms has a king bed and another has a queen bed. It has two spa inspired baths, supplied with luxury linens. The cottage accommodates 4 adults in comfortable style. Additional features include a gas fireplace, ceiling fans in each room, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, heated bathroom floors, outdoor shower and gas grill.

I fell in love with St. Helena during visits to Napa Valley 15 years ago. During our visits, my husband and I would stay in VRBO's. This gave us a taste of what it would be like to live in St. Helena. I dreamed of someday moving to St. Helena full time. My dream came true a few years ago and living here is amazing. wonderful St Helena getaway

We have rented 684015 several times and each time we say we can't wait to return. We have been here both in the fall and also spring. Even during the "green" (rainy) season there is a feeling of openess due to the large "floor to ceiling" windows overlooking the deck which is appointed with very comfortable furniture and is lovely to enjoy during the warm weather. The plantings surrounding the deck give you the feeling of a well kept garden which is professionally cared for weekly. The main space is open and very cheery with high ceilings. We appreciate the well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and furniture. It is not only a contemporary clean space but a very comfortable space. This property is well maintained and each time we return it feels like it was when we left it. With its wonderful condition you, as renters, want to take care of it as if it was your own home. Property management is attentive and on top of things if needed. The location is within walking distance to Main Street for shopping and also for groceries.. Morning walks amongst the vineyards on the way to coffee are beautiful. We love and enjoy being here regardless of the time of year.

Loved it so much we purchased property in St. Helena!

My husband and I were extremely fortunate to find the cottage for our September visit last year. We are wine collectors and foodies who love to entertain, and this property was ideal for us. The cottage is perfectly situated to walk to town or to the farmer's market. The open floor plan and large kitchen island served our needs well as we had visitors every weekend. By far the best feature of the cottage is the covered deck and brilliant folding door design that offers a magical feel to every evening, as well as a somewhat private area off each bedroom. We appreciated the Sonos sound system and its ease of use, as well as the ease of connection to the Internet. We can't say enough about the cottage, our stay or our interaction with the owner. Go! If you are wine enthusiasts, go for the harvest and crush in September! Enjoy! Look for us when you're out and about - we loved the cottage and Mitchell Drive location so much we purchased in the neighborhood.

We stayed at the cottage last fall and it was beyond our expectations! The cottage feels brand new,it has two bedrooms with a lovely master bath with large tub for soaking. The cottage blends the indoors with the outdoors seamlessly. The large deck is perfect for lazy days and wine afternoons. We walked to town each day ( about 10 mins) and had a good choice of restaurants to choose from. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Berkeley at it's best!

Loved this place! Everything provided and all soo stylishly...home away from home;) Also the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining/relaxing. Close to shopping/great restaurants and of course right in the heart of Napa wine country! Can't get any better than this!

We have been to Kim and Floyd's cottage twice. And, we have been all over Sonoma and Napa many times and stayed in many great places. This by far, was the best overall experience in all of our trips. The cottage is so peaceful and comfortable. The indoor/outdoor living is perfect for cooking, dining, and enjoying family and friends under the stars and with nature.

For a couple it is the perfect romantic escape from the world. For two couples, it is the perfect place to enjoy your friends while still having your own privacy and space.

We so enjoyed the well designed architecture of this craftsman cottage. Being from New Orleans, we appreciate great design with a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The location could not be better. Downtown St. Helena is literally a 3-5 minute walk.

We can't wait to come back! Thanks Kim, for being such a gracious host!

We felt pampered and embraced

The two of us stayed in this cottage for a bit over a month in the autumn when the leaves were starting to turn. Both location-wise and comfort-wise, we had an awesome experience. Within a few minutes walk on safe tree-lined streets we were in quaint "downtown" St. Helena, a well-preserved village with lots of restaurant choices, grocery shopping (including local and organic), handicrafts and souvenirs -- hours of browsing. In the other direction, the countryside and the hills offer moderate hikes from the front door. Only a few minutes by car took us to Calistoga with its hot springs and massages, and the whole of this picturesque vineyard-crazy country is there for the rambling. The cottage has ample parking off street and a spacious garage. The building itself projects a solid, quality-built feeling. This is an architecturally designed structure that could be in Better Homes & Gardens (maybe it was?). Tall doors and windows let in as much light as you like, and heavy drapes keep it out when you want dark and cozy. If you open the doors to the patio you have a secluded indoor-outdoor living space big enough for a party of maybe a couple of dozen people (although we didn't try that!) There is a big gas-fired fireplace, an excellent high-end TV and sound system, strong Internet signal, lots of comfortable seating. And the kitchen! To die for. Granite counters, top-end appliances from one side to the other, very nice silverware, utensils, cookware, serveware, and china. Everything is there and everything is quality. There are two bedrooms, both with luxurious queen size beds, big closets, and great showers. Lovely quiet nights! We really had a wonderful time; we felt pampered and embraced by the setting. Very highly recommended.
