An elegant retreat overlooking beautiful Kootenay Lake, Hot Tub, 4 Queen Beds

This two story suite features an artistically inspired entertaining deck with a six person spa hot tub and a large rock fireplace, as well as a small step out deck off the kitchen.

All guests at Bealby Point Stay Vacation Rentals have full access to our private beach and amenities.

Our homes are situated right outside of Nelson city limits, bringing you the peace and tranquility of a beachfront escape with the convenience of city living. All your shopping and downtown attractions are within a few minute’s drive. 

The intention of Bealby Point Stay Vacation Rentals is to offer a beautiful escape from the day-to-day. We’ve taken the time to ensure each suite featured on our property has been designed for your enjoyment & comfort.

Two beautiful homes sit on our beachfront property, each with an upper & lower suite. Providing a total of four private suites. The only shared space on our property is the our large beach & lower grounds, this area includes a covered dry bar & extra fire pit.

Each suite includes a private hot tub & bbq, in-house laundry, dishwasher & kitchens essentials such as spices, oils & coffee.

Our goal at Bealby Point Stay is to have you return with your party for many years to come. Take the time to kick back & enjoy the pleasures of living on beautiful Kootenay Lake with us!

Lots of space, beautiful private lake, responsive owner
Hot tub was hot, lake was placid, far enough from nelson to be super quiet, but close enough for quick runs in to town for supplies.

Perfect place by Kootenay Lake!
Stayed with friends for a recent ski trip to Nelson. What a beautiful location! The hot tub on the deck is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, and the view is phenomenal! Very well-appointed listing, and an extremely comfortable place to stay. Shelley was great to deal with and always quick to respond. We’re looking forward to staying here again!!!

Family Get together
The house and location are perfect for a family getaway. its a little bit off the beaten path which is perfect for privacy. Unfortunately we had record breaking cold temperatures which kept us indoors but the large dining room table was perfect for us to stay indoors and play board games. The view of the lake was stunning, I'm coming back in the summer and take advantage of the beach access!

A great, private retreat
We stayed for a few nights during winter and enjoyed the hot tub, spacious property and all of the amenities that the property had to offer. It would be great to come back in summer as the beach property would be amazing.

Fantastic place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a getaway for my partner’s 30th. The deck area with hot tub was a particular highlight. The place was also ideal for our group of 8 and everyone had their own space. Would love to come back in the summer months! Liam

Came on a vacation to the Kootenay's and fell in love with the beauty and more specifically this little resort on the edge of Nelson located at Bealby Point. My own private oasis I can share with my family, friends and guests.

What makes this property unique

Private sandy beach with views of the mountain and close proximity to town for shopping and great food, mountains for skiing in the winter, golf in the summer. Away from the hustle of the big city life.
