100 Steps to beach! Stunning Views of Gulf... Plenty of room for 6, with 1 king size bed and 2 bunk beds in second bedroom. There is a TV and DVD in the living room and TV in each bedroom. Other features include LG stainless appliances, wet bar with ice-maker & floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Mainsail Amenities include 700 feet of beach (100 steps to our sand!), main pool (main pool just steps away) with hot tub and kiddie pool. Plus 1 heated pool, splash pad, tennis courts, exercise room, shuffleboard, BBQ area, covered parking and 24 hour gated entry with courtesy patrol. Close to restaurants, shopping, & golfing. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to do more cooking than you want to, while on vacation. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the counter with 4 bar stools.

The Best Family vacation
We had a wonderful time and would love to stay at the condo again! The close proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. And the view of the beach and ocean were so pretty. It was the perfect relaxing vacation. Jay and Kristi were so easy to work with, from beginning to end and especially when we checked in and the condo wasn’t cleaned yet. Jay and Kristi ensured that the condo would be cleaned that night and it was! They went above and beyond. Thanks Jay and Kristi - hopefully we will be able to stay at your condo on our next Miramar Beach vacation.
