This 3 bed / 2 bath residence has been totally upgraded. New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, and living room furniture. Located on the 3rd floor the views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony are at beach level giving you the illusion that the waves are headed towards you.

Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach which is a quiet dead end street with no retail and very little traffic. The result is a very quiet environment. Although the beach can get crowded due to the fact there are fewer condos per mile results in less of a crowd.

Located within walking distance (1 mile) of Barefoot Landing which is home to over 40 shops and restaurants. You are also less than a mile from numerous restaurants not to mention miniature golf courses. The other thing to remember, the greater Myrtle Beach area is not that large and you are less than 7 minutes from many many stores, restaurants, and activities.
