Unit F-202 is simply the nicest unit at the relaxing Kaanapali Royal condominium resort. The unit was custom remodeled and professionally decorated (remodel was finished May 2015). Everything in the unit is "brand-new" including all new appliances, new high-capacity washer and dryer, all new "high-end" furniture, new linens and pillows, new housewares - everything is literally brand-new in the unit. Unit F-202 is a 2 BR / 2 BA luxurious air conditioned unit boasts roughly 1,600 square foot of living area plus an extra-large lanai (roughly 35 feet long by 9 feet deep .

Additionally, this unit is in the most superb location, the unit is on the second floor which gives you the perfect combination of privacy, security and view. Also, first and second floor units are considered to have the best floorplans as everything is on one level and wide open. Additionally, the unit is very quiet and peaceful has a wonderful expansive view overlooking the pool area (fantastic nighttime view)., golf course and the island of Molokai in the background.

The living area has a brand-new Samsung 65 inch smart HDTV + Blu-ray/DVD player (including high-definition cable box at no charge), the master bedroom has a 50 inch HDTV, the guest bedroom also has an HDTV as well. Also provided are a few dozen or so DVDs for those nights in. Additionally, free secure high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit.

Amenities include an extra-large fully remodeled chefs delight gourmet kitchen (with all the amenities of home) including brand-new utensils, silverware, barbecue equipment, baggies, tinfoil bag clips etc. and a brand new stainless steel refrigerator with an extra-large ice maker.

The unit will sleep 9 in beds as there are six (6) beds in the unit: !!! All bedding and linens are of the highest quality (and brand-new) including Egyptian cotton 650 thread count sheets etc.

1-The master bed is a California king-size hypoallergenic premium memory foam mattress (soft but firm).(Spent $2,000 just on the mattress).

2-Secondary bedroom has a queen-size (same mattress as above).

3-Queen-size sofa sleeper memory foam in the living area.

4-Murphy bed (horizontal) below the TV - twin size in the living area premium quality memory foam.

5-loveseat sofa sleeper - twin size loveseat sleeper -premium quality memory foam.

6-memory foam twin size rollaway bed.

Unit F-202 is very competitively priced from $199-$439 ($439 for Christmas season) per night ($199 rate is for last minute bookings less than 30 days out with a minimum stay of 10 nights - see rate schedule below).

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit and all linens are provided fresh and clean. I provide a Mid-visit cleaning (cleaning and fresh linens) to guests staying 10 nights or longer upon request. Month long stays will receive weekly cleaning and fresh linens upon request.

Additionally, the unit is fully equipped with gas barbecue, brand-new patio table and chairs (seating for 8), 4 brand-new Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, and tote cart. The only thing you'll need to bring is your bathing suit, toothbrush and your beach towel.

The Kaanapali Royal Resort Condominium is located in the most ideal area in Kaanapali Beach. It is located on the Royal Kaanapali golf course just behind the most premium beach and hotels and all of Maui (within a quarter-mile of the Whaler luxury condominiums, The Sheraton Hotel, The Westin Maui Hotel, the Maui Marriott and the Hyatt hotel/resort. Additionally it is in very close proximity to Black Rock snorkeling area and Whalers Village Shops. Everything totally convenient and is in walking distance. Whalers Village has over 100 shops and restaurants for eating or just to browse through, so you and the family never have to jump in the car to go eat or shop....or drive home after dinner. Kaanapali Beach has been voted 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.

Enjoy sailing, snorkeling, surfing, diving, golf, tennis, scuba diving, fine dining, hiking, jogging and world class shops all only steps away from your fully equipped 'plush' condominium. Other amenities include tennis courts, swimming pool & hot tub (jacuzzi), pool area barbecue and picnic areas.

** $199 last minute booking special for reservations made within 30 days of arrival and minimum 10 nights stay.

** There is a $10 nightly surcharge for each guest over six (6). For example: 6=$10 extra nightly, 7=$20 extra nightly, 8=$30 extra nightly etc.).

**Check out cleaning fee = up to four people $225, 5-6 people $265, 7+ people $295. $265 flat cleaning fee for "book it now" bookings.

** Security/ Damage deposit - If there are FIVE (5) OR MORE guests staying in the unit or if there are any infants or children under the age of 18 there MAY be a $300 damage deposit fully refundable within 14 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the condo by the housekeeping service.
