Our villa, very pleasant, is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 12 sleeping arrangements.
You will find 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms in perfect condition (see the picture) and 3 WC.
Apart from the bedrooms, the house boasts a very large equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, 2 refrigerators, etc.) and a large living/dining room of 40 m² with a fireplace.
The garden of more than 1000 m² is fully fenced and boasts a terrace of more than 30 m².

Une demeure de charme et un sejour fantastique
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison idéalement située près des plages et des commerces. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire et est très bien équipée. Les deux parties nuit à un bout opposé permettent à deux voire trois familles de vivre suffisamment en indépendance, tout en se retrouvant dans la grande cuisine et salon, de manger ensemble autour de la grande table et surtout de profiter de la magnifique et immense terrasse réalisée avec soin. Petits (y compris bébés) et grands s'y sont tout de suite plu, merci beaucoup aux prorpiétaires qui sont charmants et attentifs, mettant notamment à dispositon plein de bonnes adresses et partageant leurs expériences de la région et des environs.

Wonderful
Our family had a wonderful holiday in this lovely home in Pyla Sur Mer. The house was perfect for our our family. It was even more spacious than the photos suggested and had three different sleeping areas which was ideal for three families. It is very well equipped and the patio was shaded in parts with a large table for eating al fresco. We also enjoyed having a barbecue and table tennis table. The area itself is beautiful and the house is very close to the beach and local shop. Would love to return!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus für die Familie
Eine wunderschöne Woche verbrachten wir in diesem Haus. Es ist groß und sauber und hat für 10-12 Leute Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Region ist sehr schön, mit vielen Fahrradwegen ausgestattet, herrlichen Pinienwäldern und südlich von Pyla gibt es große, breite Strände für lange Spaziergänge oder zum Wellenreiten. Pyla und Arcachon sind nette Städte mit schönen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die große Düne von Pyla sollte man mindestens einmal besteigen.

Maison sympatique et bien située !
Nous avons passé des vacances familiales avec 3 générations dans une vaste maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Très jolie décoration. La maison est a 3 minutes de la plage, du club de voile et de petits commerces. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le manuel d'informations de la maison est très complet. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette région. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.
