**Sleeps 4 adults in two double rooms and 2 children in a bunk bedded room with limited headroom on the top bunk which is only suitable for under 12 year olds.**

The East Wing at Lower Broom Farm is a purpose built annexe attached to the family home, and yet it is completely self contained with its own front and back doors. We are situated in the quiet hamlet of Thomas Chapel a few minutes away from the village of Kilgetty with a Co-op Foodstore, chemist, hairdressers, Post Office, Fish and Chip shop, Chinese takeaway and an excellent Indian Restaurant, it also has two Public Houses, and is served by a train station, bus services and National Express stop . In addition there is a village stores with off licence, tobacco and Lottery a five minute walk down our lane. Saundersfoot , Wisemans Bridge and Amroth are less than 10 minutes drive away, Tenby just a little further. The popular Market town of Narberth is 5 miles north and the main trunk roads serving West Wales, the A40 and A477 are on the doorstep, making it the ideal base for touring Pembrokeshire and West Wales. There are public footpaths and bridle ways close by with access on to the Landsker Borderlands Trail and Miners Path, which is a nice circular walk passing the Begelly Arms public house. Oakwood theme park is 10 minutes away as is Bluestone and Folly Farm - West Wales most loved tourist attraction is just round the corner, our fields border some of the animal enclosures and with the wind in the right direction you can sometimes hear the lions roaring!
The property is tastefully decorated and is equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The accommodation comprises:
Entrance Hall with Cloakroom off, leading to:
Through Lounge, with widescreen SMART 4K TV with Freesat Channels and DVD player, X-Box 360, two double sofas and a reclining armchair, wood burning stove (free fuel available) stairs off to first floor ( child safety gate available if required) and door through to Utility room with Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, iron and ironing board, First Aid Kit. Open plan through to fully equipped kitchen with ceramic range cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and fire safety equipment. Open plan through to dining area with large table and six chairs, CD stereo with Bluetooth connectivity to play music from your smartphone or MP3. We have fast fibre broadband and there is free WiFi available throughout the property and in the garden. There are six mains USB sockets for charging your mobile devices around the house, and an ethernet port for connecting your laptop.
At the top of the stairs is a"no trip" stair gate, the main front facing bedroom has a king size bed, full height mirrored wardrobes with ample storage space, dressing table with Hair Drier provided, Smart HD TV with Internet, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Freesat Channels, armchair, en-suite with Thermostatically controlled shower, corner bath with shower attachment.
Bedroom 2 is a comfortable double room with lovely views to the gardens and fields and the rear of the property, Smart HD TV with Internet, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Freesat Channels, Hair Drier provided. En-suite having full sized shower enclosure with electric shower.
Bedroom 3 has full sized metal bunk beds, ideal for the kids, OR will accommodate an adult on the bottom bunk, this bedroom has a LCD TV with DVD and Freeview. Please note that occupiers of this room would have to use one of the en suites in the main bedrooms, but there is the toilet downstairs.
A separate cot room with full sized wooden cot and mattress plus storage space.
All bed-linen and towels are provided, please note all duvets are "All season" and can be made up for 4, 9 or 13.5 tog according to the season.
Outside there is ample safe parking, a few steps from the back door take you into the sunny garden with spacious decking area with gazebo and canopy, six seater table and chairs where you can relax with a drink or alfresco meal catching the sun going down.
There is secure storage available for bicycles and a garage for motorcycles.
Electric Vehicle Charging point (charge applies)
There are mains powered smoke alarms on both floors, double glazing throughout and a combination oil fired boiler providing constant hot water.
This is a NON SMOKING property and we are sorry but NO PETS ALLOWED.
High Chair(s) available upon request, as is a child safety gate fitted at the bottom of the stairs in the lounge.

Fantastic Property
This is a lovely well presented holiday property. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy with all the amenities that we needed in a quiet but convenient location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms are fantastic with high quality fixtures and fittings. Whether you enjoy seaside or countryside there is more than enough to keep you occupied within easy reach. Martin was a very friendly and helpful host always available to help and advise if required. We looking forward to returning sometime.

Wonderful stay
Lovely place and very helpful to have added extras for two babies to save bringing these with us. Brilliant size, space for us all. Good location to explore lovely part of Pembrokeshire. Plenty of equipment on hand, would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Easy access to all local amenities and most importantly the seaside! Thanks to the welcome from Martin who was very prompt when a minor problem reported. Would recommend and return.

Great Location
The East Wing is a really nice property in a quiet location but close to many attractions that South Wales has to offer. The property is very well equipped for a family holiday or short break, it is comfortable and very clean. The host Martin is very helpful and has good knowledge of the area.

Great property within minutes from lots of attractions
The property was clean and well presented with everything we could possibly need for our holiday. The owner was really helpful and always available to help if needed. Close to several beaches and attractions which was great for our 8 year old son. Garden to play in and chickens to see when we got back to the property too! Lovely property, well maintained with a very friendly owner!! Would definitely recommend!
