Spacious garden flat, 2 bedroom, large sitting room with kitchen. All new furniture, King (200 x150cm) and double (190 x 135cm) beds, large new sofa with kitchen ready to cook in.

Kitchen has all the appliances - stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. We have basic cook items to share and there are some well stocked grocery stores nearby!

I have WiFi and smart TV that allows for watching Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.

Private garden in the back with deck chair and tables, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The flat is 800m from Warwick avenue tube stop, as well there are a few buses right outside the front door that can take you to Paddington or Oxford street in 10-15minutes.

There is a new washing machine in the flat, and a new tumble dryer. Flat has many towels/ wash clothes, full with toiletries, soaps, shampoo etc..

Happy to host families, have play pens for children and toys to share.

Cute flat, great garden!
Well appointed kitchen and convenient layout with spacious bedrooms leading out to lovely backyard. The two swinging chairs were my go to whenever we were at "home base". A good 8-10 minute walk to tube through pretty neighbourhood. Maida Vale (and Warrick) stops both on Bakerloo, which gets you to many of London's popular attractions and, of course, can get you to any other line you might want/need. Cindy was responsive. Super enjoyed her space!

Great location and place!
Fantastic home and great location. Super well stocked with anything you could need and very well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family. Communications were excellent.

Great host and property
Thank you Cindy for sharing your property with you. I will come back so we can take advantage of dining Al fresco in your beautiful patio. We loved our stay! Everything was spotless clean, well stocked and super convenient. We had breakfast and coffee in bakeries nearby, there are little grocery stores and convenient bus stop right outside the apartment!

We stayed in four units during our tour of Europe (Madrid, Munich, Manchester and London), and this was the best one! Flexible and easy check in, plenty of towels, bedding and supplies, well maintained unit, and great service when we left an item behind after checkout. This rental is a sure thing!

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

What makes this property unique

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
