Flat fine bathroom and kitchen not fine
Flat charming, central quiet, but cleanliness of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery NOT acceptable. I lived for a month on one dinner plate, one side plate and two glasses which I had to wash clean from the kitchen cupboards. Either they were unwashed or the washing up machine did not do its job.

Good property, poor management
To start, we were provided with a misprinted address, causing difficulties finding the right flat. Due to a late flight, we scheduled a late check-in and were charged over £100 to check in late, which we only found out about after booking the place. After being informed of this, we were unable to change the booking. The rental company (Verve) did not provide us with an after-hours contact to help us find the flat. Furthermore, the company never returned a call after we left a message with them needing something. Having said that, the flat was in a good location and was clean. They provided small sample-size soaps and shampoos. The area was quiet and residential, but it was only about a 12 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station.
