Rent villa with air-conditioned double bedroom, living room with very bright kitchenette, bathroom with shower, veranda, small garden at the entrance and garden with parking space in the back.
The beach 'Maddalena Spiaggia' is 300 meters from the house and is equipped with all services such as umbrellas, deck chairs, windsurfing, rafts, bar, restaurant, games for children etc.
Near the sea 300 meters. At 100 meters the shopping center "I Gabbiani" with various other shops.
At 50 meters there is the square with bars, pizzerias, gastronomy, newsagent etc.
Caglliari is 15 km from the house, Pula is 12 km away, Pula, Chia is 25 km away.
The house is 20 minutes by car from the airport, while the railway station and the port of Cagliari are 15 minutes away by car.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, herzliche Gastfreundschaft
Das Appartement liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Strand La Maddalena Spiagga in Capoterra. Ein mittelgroßes Einkaufszentrum und Cafés sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar! Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs, ist hat einen eigenen Stellplatz direkt hinter dem Haus, das ist sehr komfortabel! Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen optimal - die Waschmaschine ist neu, von Hand zu spülen war für uns kein Problem. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich zudem liebevoll um alles; auf unsere Nachfrage organisierte er uns sogar Kühltaschen und Kühlelemente und überraschte uns bei der Anreise mit frischem Obst und einem Mirto aus eigener Herstellung. Wir (Paar, 45/48) haben uns dort in unseren zwei Wochen Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!

Vacanza piacevole in famiglia
Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato veramente piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e confortevole e si trova in una posizione strategica per la vicinanza al mare e al centro commerciale, pizzeria, bar. Trovandosi Capoterra al centro della costa sud si rivela comodo sia per visitare la parte est che ovest del sud della Sardegna, essendo inoltre ad un tiro di schioppo da Cagliari. Il proprietario Domenico è una persona affabile e sempre disponibile. Probabilmente torneremo.

Very comfortable and convenient apartment.
We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment offered everything we required. Walking distance from a beach and supermarket. Easy to find and secure gated car parking at the rear with a small private front garden. We wanted to be near the salt lagoons near Cagliari for bird watching and this location was only minutes away.
