Unit 317 is furnished with the discerning vacation traveler in mind. This two bedroom apartment sleeps seven. It has a fully furnished living area, bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, black out shades, a flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a vanity for 2, full tub, shower and bidet. The guest bedroom features three twin beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a full-tub, shower and vanity. The family room has a large flat screen TV with DVD, dish cable and WIFI that provides all the entertainment you may need. The living room is designed in a warm neutral palate with a Caribbean touch. There is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kitchenware. The balcony includes a bistro table and chairs.
You can rest on your own large covered balcony, enjoy the beautiful sunset, the breeze of the trade winds and the singing of the coqui.


Puerta del Mar is a private gated community. You can laze at the infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Desecheo Island and Crash Boat Beach. You will find in the common area by the infinity pool showers, spa beds, lounge chairs, and a BBQ. You may also enjoy a second pool, which features a small waterfall. There is a children’s playground.


In addition to all the conveniences such as linens, towels, hair dryer, iron, washer / dryer and internet, this apartment is wheelchair accessible, there are no stairs to climb, a short distance from the parking to the door or to the infinity pool.

Could not have asked for better
The property is in an amazing location nestled on a ridge over looking the ocean. The area was quiet and everyone we encountered was very nice and receptive. There is plenty to do in Aguadilla if you aren't looking to travel much while you visit. The owners were very nice and answered all the questions we had. You are just minutes from Crashboat beach. While we were at the beach we snorkled the pier and beach area. It was clean and the was enough sea life to see, but not too much that it would scare kids. The last few days we just rested and enjoyed the view from the verandah. And, what a GREAT view it has and it never got old. Thank you Rudy and family for a wonderful experience!!

Beautiful place to stay and relax
Love staying at this condo. Beautiful, spacious and safe place to stay with the family. The pool is available every day. Less than 10 minutes to Crash Boat Beach and near to restaurants and shopping stores. Will be back again.

Note: There is no longer a convenient walking path to Crash Boat beach. The walk now is 1.7 miles from condo but the drive is < 5 minutes.

I grew up in Guanica, a small town on the south west side of the island. After high school I moved to the US to go to college and became a pilot. My wife and I currently live in the Middle East, where I work as a pilot for a large oil company and my wife is a professor at an International School. Every year we go back to the island to enjoy our little paradise.

Why they chose this property

The first time I visited this complex I fell in love with the apartment. The view was breath taking and I told my wife this is were I see us retiring. We soon discovered all the near by places and things to do that further reinforced our decision of acquiring this place.

What makes this property unique

Besides the breath taking views of the Ocean and the amazing view of the sunsets, this apartment has everything we need to spend a relaxing and fun getaway from reality. You could spend hours in the balcony and never get tired of the view. You could go and enjoy the local gastronomic cuisine, bowling, golf, water parks or maybe simply relaxing at the beach, there's always something to do.
