The interior of our condo is completely remodelled with new appliances, brand new 50' flat screen TV in the LR, new flat screen in both bedrooms, new furniture and a beautiful hickory hard wood floor in the dining room, kitchen and hallway...and, we have over 1300 square feet of living space!!

The pictures posted with this ad are of our unit--what you see is what you get!! Several folks have asked if the pictures shown is really the condo for rent--and the answer is YES!! This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- it's not just a rental property!

The huge living room has a brand new gas fireplace, queen sofa/sleeper with a brand new mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50' TV and DVD player. (Cable TV on all 3 TV's) As you can see from the pictures, this room is incredible. The dining area has a table that seats 5, PLUS a bar area with 2 bar seats. The kitchen is fully-equipped- microwave, new appliances, granite counter tops, along with your own washer and dryer.

The master BR has a brand new queen-size bed along with a brand new flat screen TV..

The second BR has a brand new Queen size bed.. There is also a new flat screen TV in this BR.

The master bedroom bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub. There is a huge hot tub approx. 20 yards from our front door. There is also a brand new indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo's--its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners /guests--keycard required for entry.

Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow-and there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!

We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back 'home'.

We have just added Comcast High Speed internet access for all to use at no additional charge.

We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.

If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 50 yards from our front door.

Our condo complex has recently completed a complete exterior renovation. Everything was updated; all new windows, fresh paint everywhere, new heated courtyard outside our front door, everything is brand new. We also added two new windows to our living room--added light and an even bigger feel. For those of you have stayed with us before, the place is nicer than ever!!

What makes this condo unique

One of the best things about our condo that is often overlooked--since our complex was built in the '80's, the size our our 2BR is almost 50% LARGER than the new units--some 2BR's are under 800 square feet--ours is almost 1300 sq. feet! The added space, plus our entire complex has been completely remodeled--inside and out--makes our location one of the best bargains in the area.

The owner was very accessible and helpful. He gave us a ski rental suggestion. The location is great, a short walk to a ski lift! You’re able to ski very close to the condo as well.. making it a ski in/ski out. Very nice and clean condo.. highly recommend!

Awesome condo

We had an amazing stay here... we had 2 couples and there was more than enough room for everyone. Bill was a fantastic host and answered all of our questions quickly. The location is perfect as you are a quick walk to the Snowflake lift (or you can take the free bus for 30 seconds) and at the end of the day you can ski right back to your front door. Main Street is also just a 5 min or so walk from the condo.

Loved this property in Breck

We have stayed in the four o'clock area of Breck for an annual skip trip for over a decade, and Bill's place in Sundowner II is one of the best. It's ideally located right across from the shuttle stop (for those of us lazy folks not wanting to trek up the incline to the Snowflake lift in ski boots; my teens walked in snowboard boots without issue), it's just across the street from four o'clock run so we skied home daily, and it's convenient walking distance to the heart of downtown and all the great shopping and eateries.

The condo itself is a fantastic size with a roomy living area, nice-sized bedrooms (you can actually walk around the beds), two good-sized bathrooms, and a very nicely equipped kitchen. There were tons of DVDs to enjoy and a flat screen TV that made catching all the bowl games perfect. We appreciated the crock pot in the kitchen in particular, and Bill's condo was one of the few we have stayed in where condiments are left for use from prior guests. Basic stuff like ketchup, mustard, salt and flour was on hand. Leave any of these you buy and don't use all of for the next guests--very much appreciated!

My family of 4 was very comfortable, and we could easily see 6 being very doable. We'll be eager to stay here again and cannot recommend it enough. Bill was a joy to deal with and super accommodating with any questions we had. Five star location, five star owner!
