Private Chautauqua Lake House - 75 Ft Lake Front - Dock Available - Pet Friendly

Welcome to beautiful Lake Chautauqua and experience lake living at its best! Lake house is perfect for vacations, reunions, and getaways.

Comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, and on-site washer and dryer included. The full downstairs bathroom was completely remodeled in 2018. New exterior doors were also installed in November, 2019. Broadband Wi-Fi and cable TV included. House is kid-friendly and the large lot provides lots of grass for games and a lakeside fire pit. Pets are permitted for additional $100/pet upon request. Weekly rentals, especially from June through August, normally run Saturday to Saturday.

Linens are provided, including towels and bedding.

This lake house is located on a fantastic private lot on Chautauqua Lake and is located at the sandy-bottom end of the lake. With the 75 feet of lake frontage and usage of a private dock, the whole lake is yours to explore. Rent includes use of the dock - bring your own small boat, jet ski, or kayak - or you can rent from various marinas located around the lake. Winter renters can bring their own skis, snowmobiles or ice fishing equipment - we are located close to Peek n Peak and to the snowmobile trails.

House location is central to multiple other attractions, whether it be breweries, wineries, restaurants, night life or shopping.

Another Great Stay
There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!

Cute lake house
We stayed here after Christmas with family and it was the perfect lake front property for our group. We are hoping to get back to it during the summer so we can enjoy the lake I grew up at with my kids.

Weather bad - property great
We did not have the weather we hoped for, it was cold and windy and not good for the boat or kids. But the house and property were great. Would definitely try this house again!

Awesome get away
Great place for kids & pets as you have a very nice yard, dock to fish off of or just to sit & relax! Fire pit with chairs & even a hammock!! Plus a grill that was very clean! Cottage is set up with everything you will need ! Lots of small towns to visit & plenty of places to eat out if you want. Only complaint, we didn’t plan to stay longer. Hope to return soon !!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us !!

Why they chose this property

Our house in Mayville is a great gathering place for both friends and families. We are relatively new owners of this house (closed on 12/31/14) and are excited to make continuous improvements to the home for all of us, guests included, to enjoy for years to come.

What makes this property unique

The large lakefront lot is secluded much more than most, providing the privacy that we all desire. Views of the lake are spectacular with easy access to a private dock.
