Country House Daniela is a holiday home located in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the marvelous Marche region, which offers tranquility and well-being to anyone who wants a relaxing stay.

Country House Daniela represents the ideal solution to spend a pleasant holiday; the structure is in fact part of a small farm with a large garden, tennis court, swimming pool, billiards, wireless connection, smart TV and covers a large area of 4,000 m2.

Country House Daniela stands in an excellent position, from which to reach places of sea, hills and mountains. A few kilometers away you will discover beautiful medieval towns, places of great historical and cultural interest, rich in the tradition of our area.

In our 160 sq m country house, we can accommodate up to 8 people for short and long stays, but we are also available for events such as parties, weddings or birthdays. In fact, we welcome up to 40 guests inside and 100 outside, thanks to the large garden which, together with the swimming pool, covers 4,000 m2.

Sehr großzügig und ruhig - draußen wie drinnen
Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und hoher Freizeitwert! Störend waren manchmal die stellenweisen viele Fliegen draußen, an ein bis zwei Stellen auf dem Grundstück. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf diesem wunderschönen Areal. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza.
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. La casa possiede tutte le comodità che si possano desiderare ed è situata su un bellissimo terreno...abbiamo apprezzato il campo da tennis, il bigliardino, la tavola da ping pong, il bigliardo (forse bisognerà comunque pensare a cambiare le stecche), la piscina pulitissima e tenuta molto bene (da segnalare anche che una doccia e un bagno si trovano vicino alla piscina). E poi, siamo stati accolti molto bene ; Il Signore Patrignani è una persona squisita che ha saputo proprio farci sentire di casa!

Super Lage, Super Pool, netter Vermieter. Würde 3,5 Sterne geben.
War 14 Tage in diesem Haus und kann folgendes dazu sagen. Super Lage, Super Pool, netter Vermieter. Er sollte jedoch die Betten inkl. Matratzen mal austauschen. Billardtisch ist ein Prachtstück, jedoch war nur 1 Queue ganz und der Raum ist zu klein zum Spielen. Auf dem Tennisplatz (Teerbelag) sollte er den Belag reparieren. Bocciabahnbelag (kein Sand oder Kies, irgend ein Hartbelag) ist so hart, das die Kugeln einfach weiter rollen. WLAN ist nur beim Haus vorhanden, bis zum Pool (ca. 20 m. vom Haus, trotz separater Aussenantene) bricht das Netzt immer wieder ab. Der Internet Zugang ist extrem langsam ( wenn 3 Kinder im Netz sind, geht nichts mehr) ; ). Die Poolanlage mit Tischfußball und Tischtennis ist SUPER GENIAL. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr ans Meer. Ob ich wieder gehen würde? Ja, wenn an die Betten getauscht werden. Vermieter ist sehr nett.
