The Luxurious LUMA EXECUTIVE LOFT in the LUMA building - a new luxury condo/loft in the heart of the city. An easy walk to Staples Center, LA Live!, MICROSOFT Square, the METRO, and the Los Angeles Convention Center - where you will enjoy many great restaurants, movie theaters, sporting events, live concerts, the Grammy Museum, ESPN Zone, the MICROSOFT Theater and the combined JB Marriott / Ritz Carlton Residences property. There's a wonderful danish bakery right outside the front door as well as Starbucks right around the corner, and restaurants in all directions. AEG, (the sports & entertainment giant) has its new world headquarters right across the street in the historic Desmond building. You can walk to the Financial or Fashion District, the Historic Core, or hop the METRO to Hollywood/Universal Studios or the Long Beach Aquarium. A car is nice to have, but not necessary to get you here... You can take the flyaway bus from LAX to Union Station and then either the METRO line or a short taxi ride to the LUMA building. If you have a car while visiting, your personal covered parking for two vehicles is directly outside the unit. Hiking trails, Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame and beautiful beaches are all a 20 minute drive. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are a 50 minute drive, and San Diego's Legoland, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and SeaPort Village are a just a two-hour drive. Our loft is located in a great area of downtown where you may encounter movie stars or filming on any given day. LUMA is a LEED-Certified Green Building.
