London spacious, bright house with easy access to London

Large garden with BBQ and seating. Eighteen miles of Epping forest across the road. There are two golf clubs and a driving range within walking distance of the house—35 minutes to Liverpool Street by train. One king-size bed and one double room- a fold-out bed, are also provided at the property. Sleeping a total of 5 people. Clean, lovely house.
The property has one space for one vehicle on the driveway and is self-contained. There is an annexe at the back of the garden, which is also self-contained and completely private from the main garden and property. This annexe isn't part of the rental. It's a completely separate entity.

Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again soon!

Fantastic stay in a cosy oasis
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming home, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The house itself was a cosy oasis and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail truly impressed us, from the lovely garden to the comfortable furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The host, Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was prompt and friendly in her communication, and her recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on. We truly appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to make our visit memorable. The location of this Vrbo was ideal - nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still within easy reach of all the major attractions of London. We enjoyed strolling through the nearby parks and exploring the charming streets filled with local boutiques and cafes. It truly gave us a glimpse into the authentic local experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Vrbo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city. The combination of the wonderful house, outstanding host, and perfect location made our trip truly special. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Photos are not updated. The lovely garden is now half the size without natural grass, and only one chair to the table. As we planned on a London trip with having the comfort of relaxing in the garden after the visits to the city, this was really disappointing to us. It is a private house, which the owner vacates, whenever she rents it out. We were not aware of this fact. Cleansiness was okay. However, everything was a bit long in the tooth.

Nice house. Good service
We spent 4 nights in this house and we really enjoyed it.Everything was provided. The house was clean. We were 5 people, the house is actually suitable for 4 people. One of our children slept in the living room, on a folding bed. It is an attractive house, not big, not new, but completely fine. The train from Chingford to central London runs regularly. Station is 15 minutes walk from the house.

Great stay, near to london
My family had a really good break here. The place was very clean and tidy and was well appointed. We even enjoyed a sunny afternoon bbq in the garden. Rebecca is a great host.
