Last minute offer from 28/06 to 07/07 Comfortable apartment furnished in Sardinian style, located on the ground floor with garden, in a very quiet residential area, with 3 bedrooms, (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, cot with sides for small child), 1 large bathroom with shower and window, large living room with sofas, kitchen with new oven and fridge, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor space for rinsing games and costumes.

Urlaub pur
Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Die Vermieterin hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war freundlich und behilflich. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie braucht. Wir würden uns jeder Zeit wieder für die Unterkunft entscheiden.

Perfect family apartment
My wife and I had a wonderful week with our 4 children - the apartment is exactly what we needed, perfect to stay in during the hottest part of the day and very well located for the beach, supermarket and nearby restaurants. La Caletta is also well placed for visiting other parts of the coast. We hope to return soon!

Ferienwohnung
Eine Ferienwohnung mit Charme, allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. In der aktuellen Beschreibung ist ein Whirlpool angegeben, den gibt es aber nicht. Leider ist die Klimaanlage für die obere Wohnung nur 3 Meter von dem Doppelbett entfernt. Da die obere Wohnung scheinbar nur privat genutzt wird, kann man sich darauf einigen, dass die Anlage nicht die ganze Nacht nervt und schlechte Luft ins Schlafzimmer bläst. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Wenn man bereit ist, 30-50 min zu laufen, wird der Strand superschön. Wer also gut zu Fuß ist, braucht kein Auto.

Wunderschöner und ruhiger Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Cristina und ihrer Familie. Wir wurden so liebevoll mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen empfangen und Cristina und Efisia waren jederzeit erreichbar. In der Wohnung gab es Alles was wir und unsere 2 Kinder brauchten, Sonnenschirm für den Strand und das Haus, Handtücher einen Stokke Tripp Trapp für das Baby und sogar einen alten Buggy. Das Haus liegt an einem kleinen Berg in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wenn man den Berg weiter hochgeht hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Küste und ins Landesinnere. Wir konnten alles total gut fußläufig erreichen (ca. 10 Minuten an den Strand). An 3 Tagen haben wir uns 2 Räder mit Kindersitzen im Ort ausgeliehen. Richtung San Giovanni gibt es tolle neue Radwege und total empfehlenswert eine kleine schöne Bucht am Rande eines kleinen Pinienwaldes. Direkt neben dem Strand ist ein kleiner Spielplatz. Es gibt nicht nur Sand sondern auch Steine. Man kann toll Schnorcheln und viel entdecken. In La Caletta gibt es einen Supermarkt der 7 Tage die Woche offen hat es gibt viele Restaurants, Läden, eine Apotheke, Mietwagen,…Die Menschen sind uns so freundlich und offenherzig begegnet. Danke für die tolle Zeit!
