While this is very nice and we would have enjoyed our stay, we specifically booked this condo because it was located right next to the swimming pool. My husband has had 2 hip replacements and recently had a knee replacement and he needed to do water exercises on a daily basis. When we arrived we saw that the pool had been dug up and there was only a hole in the ground and dirt around it. The other facility where there was a pool that we were told about had to be gotten to by car. The whole point of booking this particular condo was so my husband could walk out of the condo and to the pool. We ended up staying at another resort for most of the week. In the future, people should be told when there is going to be construction going on and if some facilities are not going to be available before they book. It would have saved us a lot of money and frustration.

Wonderful location. Ocean view and pool right out. 3 min walk to the beach park and beach. The condo is a nice place but need serious updating and carpet cleaning. Acceptable condition though.

Beware of lack of check-in info
We asked via email twice one week before we left what was the check-in details and we got no reply. It took us an hour calling HomeAway help desk to finally get directions to get the keys. We were seriously planning to book the night at a hotel because we had zero clue how to get the keys to the property. Almost as if they’ve never had a customer before. Other than that, was a good stay. Don’t let the fact that the front door is on the ground floor make you think this isn’t a second story walk up. I’m an old codger with knee problems and I wouldn’t have rented this had I known the facts.
