Beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath Ground Floor-Unit w/ the Pool Nearby

A short walk to world famous Ka'anapali Beach and only a 10 minute drive up the road to Lahaina, our F101 unit is the perfect place to relax on Maui. This first floor, quiet location, corner unit gives you easy access to everything and privacy too. Great for families with kids, young couples or retirees. Just walk back to F-101 and get what you need, sunscreen or another mai-tai! It's a short distance and no stairs to the pool, community BBQ's

The unit is large (1555 sq ft) and was updated in 2014 with all new tile, furniture, TV's, internet access, and ceiling fans. The open floor plan gives you plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The large lanai – with its exotic tamarind wood table, and two chaise chairs - is the perfect place to start and end your day in Maui. The unit is a short walk to the beach pool,s The master bathroom is totally remodeled and includes a large step-in shower and granite counter tops. You’ll get the island feel in both ensuite bedrooms. The master has a king-sized teak bed. The second bedroom has a four poster queen , also in teak with TVs as well. There are two large sofas (one is a sofa-sleeper) in the living room.

** Unit offers a sturdy automatic inflatable bed – to accommodate additional guest, or pak-play for a toddler.

Lastly, To make sure you have a great time in F-101, we’ve left a few things for you to play with. There are boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys. There are 4 tennis rackets including one kid size. There is even a six-string acoustic guitar for those who want to strum a little as they watch the sunset. It is a little corner of paradise, and we look forward to you enjoying it.

Note; The resort includes a tropical pool area with a Jacuzzi, plenty of lounge chairs, covered seating and several BBQ grills. If you want to do more than lounge, the property also has two lighted tennis courts, including one with a basketball hoop.

About Pamela Evans

The 'Jevans' is the nickname for the Jennings and the Evans - the two families that bought this property in 2014. Both are families of five and have been neighbors in southern California since 2002. After talking for years about 'getting a piece of paradise' we finally made it happen and couldn't be happier. We've invested more than $50,000 in a new master bathroom and new tile flooring throughout the home.

Why Pamela Evans chose Lahaina

The Jennings have been coming to Maui since 1999 and staying at the Ka'anapali Royal since 2004. The combination of size and affordability made KR the best place to stay in west Maui. We've stayed in all three levels of the complex and found we preferred the first floor for its accessibility to the pool. It's also great to open up the lanai doors at night and let the kids play on the grounds outside while you sit and enjoy an evening cocktail!

What makes this condo unique

This first floor corner unit is easily accessed from the parking lot and if needed you can even get in without having to go up more than a single stair. After coming here for years we know what 'little things' make a stay at the KR more enjoyable. That's why we left tennis rackets for guests to use, as well as beach toys for the little ones and some boogie boards for the older kids. And since several members of our families play, we left an acoustic guitar, tuner and capo for any guest that might want to strum a little on the lanai during their vacation. We've even had other guests walking by stop and join in some sing a-longs. We think of this as our home in Maui and our goal is try to make everyone feel that spirit of 'aloha' for their entire stay.

We stayed here in May for 5 nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It is in a perfect location in a nice gated community backing onto the golf course. Very clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Master bedroom with en-suite was very large and comfortable. Whaler's village close-by is good for restaurants, beach, and shopping. 7 minute drive to Lahaina with Front St. and the Old Luau are all well worth seeing. We had my wife and I and three older children and a friend, and we all enjoyed the condo very much. The owners are fairly new to renting and VRBO, but very fast at responding to all my questions. Staff at the office of the complex and the groundskeepers, etc. were all very nice and friendly. Would book again - definitely.

Perfect condo for families

We stayed here with two small kids (2yr, & 2 mo.) and it was a perfect condo for us. It had easy access to the pool and a really nice common area. The AC worked great and had us all sleeping soundly during the hot weather. I will definitely want to stay here again but for longer!

Our property is convenient to everything. A short walk to Whalers Village, or a short drive into the center of Lahaina where you can go whale watching, deep-sea fishing, or rent a kayak for the day. The town has a history of its own and offers a great variety of places to eat.
