With impressive upgrades throughout like granite counter tops, tile floors and wood-stained trim & window coverings, our comfortable home provides 4 bedrooms (king, king, queen & queen) as well as a pull-out queen sofa/bed, so bring your family and friends along with you...there is space for up to 10 people.

This tastefully furnished 2,400-square-foot home is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the 'Lake Side' express gondola of Deer Valley. Buy your lift tickets here and access all of Deer Valley's world-class skiing from this side of the mountain. Only 2 minutes from the Jordanelle reservoir park entrance/boat launch, ideal for all of the summer lake activities. It is situated perfectly between Old Town Park City (10 minutes) and Historic Heber City (10 minutes). This unique area offers the perfect combination of uncongested access to thrilling recreation activity, amazing restaurants and shopping as well as providing a relaxing get-away. Stay slope-side and lake-side in luxury and privacy!

The home's main floor area is open and flows well with an expansive great room, kitchen and dining area. The extended kitchen is well stocked with every item you may need. The dining area accommodates a large group comfortably, as well as a warm family room, complimented with a stone fireplace trimmed in beautifully stained wood, and large HDTV with DVD player. High Speed Internet is available during your stay. You may also utilize the quaint deck, just off of the dining area, to enjoy a meal, and the fresh air. Our home backs the largest grassy/landscaped common area in the community, providing more privacy and tranquility.

Up a few steps from the main floor is a separate area with two queen bedrooms, and a bathroom to share. Also, in this area is a laundry room with available washer and dryer for your convenience. On your way up to the grand master suite, you pass a intimate office nook with desk for some quiet reading or to catch up on some work away from home. The upper level features a private king suite, with a comfortable sitting area decorated with a cozy (and tasteful) couch. Attached is a huge master bathroom with jetted jacuzzi tub, over-sized walk in shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. Flat panel TV's with DVD players can be found in every bedroom.

The lower level features a generous family rec area with pull-out queen sofa, and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling patio door that showers the room with light. This room features a large TV ...a great place for the kids to hang out and give the adults some quiet time. You will also find the second master suite on this level, with King bed.
