Fall in love with Falling Leaf! We invite you to enjoy the charm of the Russian River Valley in the serenity of this secluded and private two parcel property located across from seasonal Hulbert Creek and just minutes from downtown Guerneville. Watch the falling leaves and enjoy the sounds of nature at our Falling Leaf vacation rental that features a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home and a separate Japanese teahouse. The remodeled house offers a country charm kitchen, modern bathroom, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and other modern amenities. If you desire a more serene and rustic experience, the Japanese Teahouse is a secluded sanctuary. Separate from the main house, this custom built wooden teahouse features a gas fireplace, slate floors, many windows with views in all directions, and easy access to the main home. This structure is designed for relaxing in the plush King bed and watching the trees, falling leaves and shooting stars.
From the deck that overlooks the seasonal creek, you can be soothed by the sights and sounds of nature. For a more private experience, wander to the patio area that backs up to a hill. This area is beautifully landscaped, featuring a wood-burning outdoor fireplace and private hot tub under the stars. Wherever you look, you can watch the falling leaves float to the ground while listening to the relaxing sounds of outdoor garden fountains. Whether you choose to walk to the beach, go wine tasting, play a round of golf at Northwood Golf Course, take a trip to the Sonoma Coast or go for a walk in the Armstrong Wood's redwood forest, it's all within a 15 minute drive.
This is the ideal spot to unwind, a perfect location for a romantic getaway, relaxing family vacation or just as an opportunity to hang out with friends. Whatever you choose, Falling Leaf is a memorable vacation experience.
