Does a lot with a little
Perfect place for a couple and two kids or two couples. We stayed with two couples. While a pull out mattress is not ideal we’re young still and it was not bad. The sheets and blankets are incredibly soft for both the king bed and the pullout mattress. The ski in to the resort is great and will leave you footsteps from your back door. The ski out to the lift is a short walk and then ski to the lift or gondola. Definitely recommend loading and unloading your luggage from the street below the condo because it is much much closer and easier to load. Also way easier to locate the condo from the street below. Steamboat is amazing and the tree skiing is the best I’ve had. Condo had every appliance and amenity we needed.

Ski in, walk out. Great location
Our family of 3 had a nice stay at this condo. Great king bed and bedding. The sofa bed was a bit slanted but our daughter didn't seem to care. The blackouts in the bedroom were great. It was cozy and near everything. We loved Talay Thai and Slopeside Grill. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner because we were only provided 1oz of 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner for our 4 night stay. Brita pitcher and Keurig provided (but no creamer or sugar). Convenient ski locker in the hall right outside the door.

Great little get away
This was a great place for a nice little get away with my boyfriend. The ski in ski out was excellent, accommodations were comfy and cozy and the communication with the host was excellent. If we do another long weekend in Steamboat again, I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, very reasonable walk to the slopes
This wasn't exactly as much of a ski-in/ski-out as we expected since it's not on the slope and requires a brief walk to get to the slope. That said, the walk is short, the location is still quite good, and the value was absolutely excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again for our next Steamboat trip. :)

Great location, but for 2 adults only.
3.5 star stay. 4 adults that stayed on this property in January. Pros: Location !! We walked everywhere. Fireplace (use thermostat on wall next to fire place) Ground floor, so fun to hang on the patio Full kitchen Some updates have been made Big master bed (king) Good WiFi Cons: Lack of housekeeping (no bag in trash can, crumbs on floor, cobwebs in stone and corners, no sheets provided for pull out bed) we did have to reach out the host to provide sheets for us which she got a manager to do a couples hours after check in. Although, not the most convenient we appreciate the remedy. The cable did not work “total loss of connection” pull out couch is HORRIBLE. We could not sleep on it for more than one night and had to switch with the other couple because it simply wasn’t fair to ask someone to sleep on it again. 2 pillows. Felt a bit dingy. The couches are old and sunken in, the dishes are all dirty, the bathroom had a missing cabinet pull, fireplace hangs, etc. Just could use some TLC. No instructions/welcome for guests. Overall, if this is a *short* stay for TWO adults- it would be fine. Notes to other renters: Bring your own coffee. Kurig and machine in kitchen. We did find some open K cups but they seemed to be left over from previous guest, not provided by host. Bring your own bath essentials (one small bottle of a 2-in-1 shampoo, small bar of soap) Bring water! (There is a britta pitcher which we used but for four adults it was not adequate)
