A lovely house in a stunning location, with a super helpful owner

We spent a fantastic week at this house in July 2017. The property is well maintained, has a very large front and rear garden, and is equipped with every conceivable amenity. The location is ideal for exploring the undiscovered gem that is the Crozon Peninsula. The beach (one of the best in the area) is only five minutes walk from the house. The village of Telgruc (a short drive from the house) has a decent Carrefour supermarket, as well as several bakeries and a post office.

However what really makes this property so special is Calixte, the owner. On arrival we were greeted with a cold glass of local cider and he took his time to show us around the house and explained how everything worked. Even better was the guidance he provided on the available coastal walks, activities and best restaurants which is kept in a book in the house. These were all excellent and kept us busy for the week.

Location à recommander pour qui aime une construction moderne et bien pensée. les matériaux ont été bien choisis et la décoration très belle. La proximité de la magnifique plage de Très-Belec et du village apporte un plus pour un séjour réussi.

Sehr modern gestaltetes Haus mit anspuchsvollem Mobiliar.

Sehr schöne Küche, ansprechende Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer ohne Schnickschnack.

Durch die Glasscheiben auch bei kleinstem Sonnenschein warm. (gut bei windigem oder wechselhaftem Wetter)

Traumhafter Blick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez!

Wir haben im August 2017 drei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in Laufweite zum Plage Trez-Bellec. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez ist unverbaut und lässt sich dank der breiten Fensterfront auch bei schlechterem Wetter genießen. Die breite Schiebetür und die große Terasse "ziehen" einen zu jeder Tageszeit nach draußen, so dass wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terasse verbracht haben und dort auch einen traumhaften Sternenhimmel bis hinunter zum Horizont genießen konnten. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und und sauber. Der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und hat uns mit Cidre, bretonischem Apfelsaft und umfangreichen Tips für unseren Aufenthalt empfangen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
