This pet friendly, three bedroom, two bath home is just a short walk from the beach and features a fenced backyard. Guests enjoy such amenities as wireless internet access and a gas grill.

The living room features hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. There is also a flat screen plasma TV with DVD and Xbox 360. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and hardwood floors, opens onto dining room. The dining room, which is also open to the living room, has seating for seven. A deck and a screened porch extend the living space to the outside. The screened porch has an outdoor bar with small portable ice maker.

The master suite has a Queen bed, TV, and attached master bath. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and TV. This bedroom has access to hall bath as does the third bedroom. The final bedroom has TV, DVD, and two Twin beds. An Aerobed provides additional bedding.

Pet Friendly Home- If booking this home online and you intend to bring your dog, please write 'PET' into the Special Request line of the booking page. A copy of our Pet Policies will be sent to you, and a charge of $50/per day or $200/week will be added to the rental rate to cover the cost of the pet fee. Please sign and return the Pet Policy document as soon as possible.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

The perfect beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 130 Carolina Blvd. The house was comfortable and well equipped. The short walk to the beach allowed for daily trips to see the sunrise. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach home!

Perfect for us

This was one of the best rentals we've experienced in the area. It was just the right size for our small family and two dachshunds. Truly a turnkey beach vacation; they had everything we needed: lots of beach accessories, games, pet amenities, well stocked kitchen, tasteful decor, beautiful outdoor areas and a quiet neighborhood. The property is clearly well maintained and loved by the owners. We'll be back!

Perfect Beach House

This is our 3rd year in a row that we've stayed at this house. Great location, close to the beach, easy drive to Charleston and other attractions. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful little house with a big feel minutes from the beach

Bright and comfy house just a few minutes walk to the beach and quick drive to Downtown Charleston. The house has plenty of games and toys to keep the kids entertained, there's even a ping pong table and foosball table down stairs. Kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans (even an ice cream maker we didn't use). House is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. We found the bed a little hard, but that is just our preference. Isle of Palms and Mt Pleasant are a great little community with a ton of history. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great House

We loved our stay at 130 Carolina Blvd. The decor was tastefully done and the use was totally stocked with anything and everything you would need. The front and back porches were used everyday. The beds were very comfortable! We loved this house and will definitely be back!
