Cozy apartment with large double bedroom and French window overlooking the garden and the landscape of the Maremma Park, living room with kitchenette (equipped with sink, hob, fridge with small freezer, pots and pans, coffee machine and kettle), bathroom with comfortable shower.

Countryside and the sea at the same time: 5 km. you can reach Talamone and a few kilometers by car you can reach the beaches of Marina di Alberese, Giannella, Osa, Feniglia and beautiful Torba.

With our equestrian and environmental guide, you can enjoy horseback riding and do activities on paths in the Mediterranean and in the centenary olive grove, where you can meet pheasants, wild boars and deer.

Unglückliche Umstände
Der Aussenbereich ist verwildert, ungepflegt. Weder in der Wohnung noch auf den 2 Sitzplätzen gab es eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit. Auf das Sofa trauten wir uns nicht zu zweit darauf setzen. Einiges schreiben wir der Tatsache zu, dass die Vermieterin schwer krank war und noch während unserem Aufenthalt verstarb. Das ist auch der Grund weshalb wir 5 Tage früher abgereist sind und den Angehörigen vor Ort nicht direkt ein Feedback gaben. Theoretisch hätten wir eine Rückerstattung von der Mietkosten von 5 Tagen zugute.
