Siamo stati bene
Una settimana in una casa un po' datata ma molto bella all'interno di un grande giardino alberato. In pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono le spiagge e Siracusa, dal balcone si scorge l'Etna in lontananza. Fresco, silenzioso e arieggiato. Nicoletta è un'ottima padrona di casa e fa di tutto per gestire al meglio la proprietà che ha però bisogno di qualche ulteriore aggiustamento per diventare un posto da sogno.

Sitio precioso, pero tiene areas de mejora
El sitio es precioso, nada que envidiar a la provenza francesa o toscana italiana. La casa es muy bonita y agradable pero necesita ciertas mejoras. El lugar no esta bien señalizado y anduvimos cerca de una hora hasta localizarla. Por otra parte creo que necesita un manual de instrucciones por escrito de distintos problemas que pueden surgir. El ultimo dia nos quedamos sin agua , el wifi no nos funciono y faltan utensilios de cocina. Con estas pequeñas mejora el sitio es fantastico, cero de turismo y puedes estar muy tranquilo.

Peut mieux faire !
La maison est agréable, bien équipée, propre, même si un peu sombre. L'accueil est sympathique. Les équipements extérieurs (mobilier de jardin, cuisine d'été) sont vétustes. La connexion WIFI est de faible intensité. L'annonce n'est pas conforme à la réalité concernant la piscine : celle ci (hors sol) est totalement hors d'usage. Il n'y a donc pas de piscine, le prix n'a pas été révisé pour autant. Le ménage n'est pas compris et fait l'objet d'un coût supplémentaire.

Vacanza in un posto bello e tranquillità impagabile
sono stata in vacanza con amici quest'estate e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo!subito eravamo titubanti sulla posizione della casa ma alla fine abbiamo dovuto ricrederci. Con un' auto o una moto si raggiungono tranquillamente tutte le zone turistiche e le spiagge della zona in pochi minuti anche in agosto! Casa rustica immersa nel verde completa di tutte le comodità, tenuta benissimo e adatta sia per giovani che per famiglie. I proprietari molto gentili, disponibili, pazienti e mai invadenti! Ogni richiesta era esaudita in pochissimo tempo e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora piu piacevole. Se mai dovessimo ritornare nella zona di Siracusa, incantevole, sicuramente la prima richiesta di disponibilità sarà a loro. grazie ancora per tutto!
