very recent villa 145 m2 air-conditioned swimming pool large garden 900 m2 enclosed and planted with trees. 3 parental suites wc, fully equipped fitted kitchen fridge dishwasher microwave induction hob washing machine small household appliances open onto large living room dining room equipped with tv and internet. 5 minutes from the beaches of canet, leucate, torus, barcares ........ perpignan is less than 10 minutes, near shopping center, 150 km from barcelona. the villa des vignes can accommodate 8 to 10 people. large 900 m2 enclosed and planted garden with fitted terrace, 8x4 swimming pool, garage. ideally located between sea, countryside and mountains.

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen mit Teens und Hund
Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche mit unseren Töchtern (14 & 16) und unserem Familienhund. - das Haus ist ein Traum, es bietet viel Platz zum Leben, zum Zurückziehen und zum Verstauen, es ist tiptop durchdacht und ideal geschnitten. Zudem ist alles vorhanden, was zum wohlfühlen notwendig ist! Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Das Wifi läuft hervorragend! - das Grundstück hat uns täglich begeistert, gepflegt, tolle Pflanzen, sogar der Pool war schon in Betrieb und sauber (März!). Dank der geschützten Terasse konnten wir auch im März schon ab und zu draußen essen - das Wetter war ok. Unser Hund liebte es, um das Haus herum zu laufen und sich auf dem schönen Rasen zu wälzen. Das gesamte Grundstück ist zuverlässig umzäunt. - die Umgebung: das Haus hat eine Randlage und liegt somit sehr ruhig. Wer gerne spazieren geht, kann direkt am Haus starten und auf diversen Wegen durch Weingebiete, Olivenbäume und/oder Obstfelder laufen, bei klarer Sicht mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Pyrenäen. Der Ort ist klein, lebhaftere Orte sind umliegend rasch zu finden - wir waren aber auch außerhalb der Saison hier. Strände waren ebenfalls leer - lag vermutlich am Wetter, unser Hund war begeistert, wir auch. - die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Grundstück direkt nebenan. Alles nicht einsehbar. Sie sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten eine Bitte bei Ankunft, die wurde sofort erfüllt. Danach haben wir sie erst bei der Abfahrt wieder gesehen. Fazit: 100%ige Empfehlung!

In der Villa hat einfach alles gestimmt ! Kompliment an den sehr netten Vermieter ! Sehr liebevolle und hochwertige Einrichtung, in der man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Es fehlt an nichts ! Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, der Garten traumhaft und sehr gepflegt. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Gassirunde direkt vor der Haustüre. Besser geht es nicht. Danke an den Vermieter für die schönen Wochen in seinem Haus. Kommen gerne wieder

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in Südfrankreich
Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Villa verbracht, die keine Ausstattungswünsche offen ließ. Alles war sehr sauber, ein toller Garten und Pool laden dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Strand lässt sich mit dem Auto in längstens 15 Minuten erreichen, ist sehr weitläufig und nicht überfüllt. Wir haben dort zwei Abende in einem einladenden Restaurant mit Live-Musik verbracht. gutes Essen inklusive. Der Vermieter Kader und seine Frau sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Zwei kleinere Fragen zwischendurch wurden innerhalb einer Viertelstunde geklärt bzw. beantwortet. Von uns eine klare Urlaubsempfehlung, jederzeit wieder!
