Ground floor private master bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC. 3 further upstairs bedrooms with family bathroom. The ground floor study has a pull-out double size sofa. Separate guest loo on ground floor. All bedrooms and study are air conditioned. High spec eat-in kitchen with separate utility room. Spacious dining and living areas with high quality furnishing. Separate, comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV. Modern, wood-burning fireplace.

Salinated (non-chlorine) 14-metre swimming pool, maximum depths greater than 2 metres. Pools has security gates for children's safety. Easy drive to the spectacular village of Tourrettes Sur Loup (or can walk, 15-18 minutes, if you don't mind uphill slope). 10 minute drive from St. Paul de Vence. 30 minutes from Nice airport and close drive to nearby amenities including beaches, restaurants, shopping, summer and winter sports.

Note that the maximum capacity of the house is 9 adults, or 8 adults plus 2 children. In July and August we have a one-week minimum and weekend change-over policy. However we are occasionally able to accommodate 4-6 days of stay if dates become available. Please check with owners to enquire.
