**Enjoy a Springtime break in beautiful Carbis Bay**

We are pleased to offer our beautiful cottage for holiday rental. Bryher Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage with everything you would expect from a seaside holiday. Comfortably accommodating 5 adults but also cosy enough for couples to enjoy. The cottage is set on St Ives Road in Chy an Gweal, Carbis Bay. A charming Victorian cottage built around 1860 it is 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Carbis Bay. Perfect for traditional seaside family holidays and also walkers who want to explore the fabulous local areas and beyond. Behind the traditional granite exterior is a 3 bedroom lovely family space with oak floors, beamed ceilings and all the modern essentials: lcd tv, wi fi, fully equipped and newly installed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed with sea views across St Ives Bay and out to Godrevy Lighthouse. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a garden view and bedroom 3 has a single bed. Newly refurbished bathroom, Including luxury brass fittings and rainfall shower. We also have a useful Utility area situated off the kitchen which is great to store all your beach equipment.! The cottage is ideal for those who want to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall along with the immediate local area.
Bryher Cottage is also within walking distance to St Ives town with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Externally there is a private garden with hedging and patio area with outdoor furniture and parking at the rear of the property for one car.

Schlechte Tage
Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft zugesaut. Überall roch es muffig. Im Schlafzimmer zur Strasse ist es sehr laut. Der Manager vor Ort war allerdings sehr freundlich, hat alles gegeben und uns sehr geholfen. Danke nochmals! An die Agentur FeWo: seht ihr euch auch mal die teuren Objekte an, die ihrvermittelt!? Das war keien Werbung für euch.

Lovely property in a great location for Carbis Bay or St Ives. On the bus route but close enough to walk. Three bedrooms were perfect for us. Kitchen and bath rooms clean and fresh with everything we needed. Thank you

Lovely cottage but disappointed it smelt and felt quite damp. Also could do with proper curtains at the window in the main bedroom especially with the light mornings. I think a previous guest has also mentioned this. Poor communication with the property owner over an item of clothing which had been left behind.

Lovely cottage in a good location
My family really enjoyed our stay.The kitchen was very well equipped and a lovely space to eat together in.The sitting room was cosy and comfortable and we loved the feather duvets on the beds.The nearby bus stops and train station made it a great base for car-free exploration of the area.

We are a family of 5 based in the North West of England who have holidayed in Cornwall from being children. As with so many others visitors, we have brought our own children to holiday here every year and have some of our happiest memories of being in St Ives and Carbis Bay. We hope that this tradition will continue as our children have their own families.

Why they chose this property

After spending each summer in St Ives we wanted to find a characterful cottage that we could call home away from home. We instantly fell in love with Bryher Cottage as it had all of the facilities that we wanted as a family of 5. With is traditional features, sea views, 3 bedrooms and a parking space Bryher Cottage fitted the bill. We have enjoyed many summers here making memories with our children as have our family and friends. So if you are looking for a more traditional relaxed family holiday we would love to hear from you.

What makes this property unique

Pretty little home from home characterful cottage within walking distance of both Carbis Bay and St Ives. Parking in and around Carbis Bay and St Ives can be tricky especially in the summer months so the parking at the cottage is a great benefit!
