Beautiful Sevier Park (1 block away) is home to the 12 South Farmer’s Market on Tuesday afternoons from May through October. The 20-acre park has a walking path, bicycles for rent, tennis and basketball courts. The new Sevier Park Community Center has excellent work out facilities, yoga and fitness classes (only $3!) and an indoor walking track.

12 South Loft is well situated at the back of our half-acre lot surrounded by tall trees. Off-street parking is at the end of the driveway, only a few steps from the entrance through French doors. The Loft has about 500 square feet of living space on the main floor and a 200 square foot upstairs bedroom.
The new kitchen includes gas range, dishwasher, full-sized fridge with ice maker, microwave, Keurig coffee-maker, blender, toaster, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or cook full meals. Seating for 4.
The open living area has exposed bricks, 13’ ceilings, gas log fireplace, comfortable sleeper sofa, leather recliner, 50” flat screen and plenty of seating for 4-6 people.
Bathroom has shower (but no tub), open shelves, fluffy white towels, extra toiletries and hair dryer.
Upstairs bedroom is 10’ x 20’, partially open to living area below, and has a very comfortable queen bed, sitting area, 32” flat screen TV, and plenty of room to spread out.
