Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage
Das Apartment ist im Grünen an sehr ruhiger Lage aber doch auch zentral. In 5min zu Fuss findet man Restaurants, Einkaufsläden sowie den Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details und wir fühlten uns von anfang an sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Barbara ist eine super Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft
Wenngleich die Umgebung, die Anlage in der Umgebung des Gebäudes in Ordnung war, gibt es einen heftigen Grund zur Beschwerde. Gebucht haben wir ein kleines Haus im Grünen und erhalten haben wir eine Kellerwohnung mit insgesamt 2 Zimmerchen inkl. der Kochecke und keinem Fenster, ausgenommen eines neben der Eingangstüre. Die Hauptetage ist nicht bewohnbar und nicht zugänglich. Das ist glatter Vertragsbruch. Es gibt keine Außenbeleuchtung, man muss mit der Taschenlampe den Weg finden. Der abgebuchte Preis ist dafür völlig unberechtigt. Insgesamt ist das Betrug am Kunden. Wenn man das vor Ort entdeckt ist es zu spät, um den Vertrag zu stornieren, eine Ausweichmöglichkeit gibt es ja auch nicht. Nur deshalb haben wir den Urlaub nicht dort abgebrochen.

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico soggiorno, l'appartamento è molto carino, la cucina è nuova, ben accessoriata e molto pulita, come tutto il resto. Abbiamo dormito molto bene, materasso comodo, anche la poltrona letto si è rivelata piacevolmente confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza di Barbara, le dettagliate spiegazioni per il check-in e il check-out. Fantastica la piccola terrazza vista mare attrezzata di tavolo, sedie e doccia esterna. Una spaziosa area di parcheggi privati con accesso tramite cancello elettrico. Torneremo sicuramente!

Très bon emplacement
Le logement est situé dans un quartier très calme. Possibilité d aller à la plage, restaurant, à pied. Le logement est confortable et les espaces extérieurs très agréables. Propriétaire à l écoute et très reactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande.
