West side of Pantheon district. There are countless small coffee shops with indulgent pastries for breakfast within a 1-block radius. Easy walk to the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Del Popolo and more. Great restaurants every where in this district, open for late dinners.

Last minute break
The apartment was exactly as shown online. The location could not be bettered and the owner and his team ensured that we had a fantastic break. Would highly recommend this property.

Meager accommodations. We didn't stay.
I was back and forth about how or even if I should write a review. We did 3 weeks in Italy for our honeymoon, 4 nights was Rome. Perhaps I was distracted and didn't pay enough attention. Rome was getting booked up, so I rushed. Most places on VRBO, once you get there look a little nicer than the pictures. This place was the opposite. This is not where you want to go if you're used to the comfort of 4+ star accommodations. We didn't even unpack, we just looked around cringing, and decided to use their very slow (it disconnected twice) wifi to book elsewhere. The prop mgmt co didn't make it easy. There were multiple people to talk to. There's one person who answered the vrbo messages, another phone number was our POC upon arrival in Rome, another woman met us and let us into the apt, another person's phone number was given to us as our contact. Well, the emergency contact didn't answer the phone so I called the gentleman I spoke to earlier in the day in addition to leaving unanswered voice mails and emails for others to attempt at communicating. He was apologetic, but understood completely once I said this is our honeymoon and the apt wasn't suitable. No, they didn't offer me ANY money back or compensation. I don't know if the pictures are just old but the apt and everything inside is in poor condition. The sofas and chairs were dirty, worn and very uncomfortable to sit on. They should also be ashamed of themselves for saying there's air conditioning. This air conditioner is a VERY small mobile unit that blows mildewy smelling warm air into the room. After having it on for over an hour, still only cool-ish air. No way the unit could cool the entire apartment. Rome was in the 90s that week. The bed and sheets seemed clean, but we were told they were more blankets and pillows in the closet. When I looked through those they were all just balled up and shoved in there as if other people had used them. They don't think to check in between visits? The towels are small and rough. The Terrace was tiny and dirty, facing a dozen other windows and an alleyway. Very small and cramped, we would not have felt comfortable doing anything out there.  I'm giving it 3 stars instead of the 2 it deserves because I realize it's partially my fault for not choosing better up front. This is not a bargain place, but priced according to what it is. It is a great location, young people or modest European travelers might be comfy here. Would not recommend for Americans

4/10 Poor

Location is good but needs to be cleaned out & updated not suitable if over 65 & not in good shape
Booked for location & WiFi as work/pleasure trip. WiFi & TV went out 1st morning there. Management said would handle someone left note that it was main line would be fixed within 24 hrs, wasn’t so after 48 hrs called again. Management said “oh sorry thought it was fixed” , how would they know when they never checked. Was fixed evening before we left & it was their line so it could have been done immediately same with TV. Still waiting for a credit as management said they would adjust for no TV or WiFi! Shower & tub very difficult to access if not in good shape. Wash machine is up on platform behind tub & again must have good legs to access. The location is about the only thing going for this place, very misleading presentation on line. Balcony can only be accessed via small staircase & out a small window type opening, be careful when balcony is wet very slippery! Would not rent anything by this management group!

Perfectly located, charming and clean.
We found the place to be ideal for our week stay in Rome. One can’t beat the location; right out the door are cafes and delightful small boutiques, Piazza Navonna is just down the street and it’s an easy walk to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Central Rome. The apartment itself was perfect for two people. It faces a backyard, so not much sun in the morning in the living room, but later it gets nice and bright and it is always very quiet, even though it’s in a very trendy, noisy neighborhood. We especially loved the little porch for a late afternoon glass of wine, and also as a place to hang our wet clean clothes. ( There is a laundry machine, which is wonderful, but no dryer. Bring your own laundry line!) The bed is comfortable, the water pressure meh, but doable, The only slight drawback here was the kitchen: tiny and not well equipped. But who goes to Rome to cook?
